  2. Add option for native Android 5.x Lollipop "heads up" style notification.

    See: Google Calendar notifications in Android 5.x for an example. This could either supplement or replace the existing floating notification option. This would be helpful because Android 5.x does not have a notification ticker, so this would allow us to natively view the notification content.

  3. idea for Textra logo

    I have idea for Textra logo when you receive a text should show up as small red box or circle with number of text you have in the app. ex: 1,2,3 just like a miss call show on the phone icon. That be great add to greatest text app!

  4. Allow the contact bubbles to be added to the home screen, similar to FB messenger, for quick access to select conversations.

  8. An option to backup the settings would be nice. I change roms rather frequently and Titanium Backup doesn't work with every rom.

  13. Remove the confirmation of deletion after using the trash icon on the convo list

    it's OK when we delete some ticked conversations but when we slide to delete one of them touching the icon is a confirmation itself!

  14. Remove the call icon from the convo list!

    textra IS NOT a dialer app! if I need to call someone from the SMS app I have such need only after reading received messages! if I want to call someone directly from the convo list I use a DIALER! textra is an app to manage your SMS and MMS conversations!

  17. audio msgs

    Allow us the ability to listen to an incoming audio msg without having it be reviewed and heard via speaker ...also with that...the choice to fast fwd or pause or rewind the audio msg..thanks! keep up the amazing work!

  20. Make SMS limit, so that I could set, for example 1000 SMS limit, and when the limit reaches 1000, then old SMS starts to delete.

    This function are in Original messenger app, and it would be cool to have it on textra
