  2. allow different language keyboards to be saved to a specific contact.

    I write in various language depending on whom I'm writing to and it's annoying having to switch back and forth.

  3. Option to group messages from certain contacts in separate folders

    I'd like to have the option to group certain types of messages (like my Banks' SMS, unknown numbers, etc.) in different folders so that they don't take up space in my actual conversation list.

  5. Automatically Hide The Keyboard

    There should be an option to automatically hide the keyboard. When I open a message thread I all the screen space to be used to display past messages. This provides maximum context for understanding what was said in the last message. I always want to see this. The keyboard takes up half the screen and greatly reduces the context. It's a pain to always need to manually close the keyboard. I read 3X as much as I write. If I want to reply, I just click on the reply box and the keyboard automatically appears.   7. Delayed sending

    A settings feature that delays sending by a user defined time (eg. 5 Seconds) and allows the user to cancel the sending of the text. Thus providing users with he ability to stop texts being sent to the wrong person or with spelling mistakes etc.

  8. Ability to send audio and files / Option to remove emoji panel

    I send more audio and files than pictures, and would love to see the option to send those added to Textra.

    Secondly, I never use emojis, and would love a way to turn off/hid the emoji panel.

  9. Option to lock conversations so that no one ill-intentioned can delete them.

  12. Save new number to Contacts

    Where's the option to save a new phone number to your Contacts list? Kitkat Messaging and Messaging Classic had the ability to do this.

  13. I suggest you have an option to quick reply on the lock screen!

    I disabled my lock screen notification for tetra but tetra requires the phone to be unlocked first, be useful while hands are full or someone else is answering the text instead if I didn't have to unlock my phone to quick text

  17. Only show the past 50, 100, etc. messages as an option.

    I've noticed long conversations show lag when sending and fresh ones are perfect and fast. Having this option would allow you to scroll up and click to load more if need be.

  18. I want to protect SPAM. Of couse. "Textra SMS" can protect the SPAM using TELEPHONE NUMBER. But We want to protect using KEY WORD.

  20. Add location options as well, really useful at times

    just if meeting someone, and neither are sure about the area. A location option would be a major help...
