Report scammer messages
I've been getting scam messages and if I'm tired I might accidentally click on a (for example) phishing link.
I might offer this as a starting point:
- Report the message to the FTC
- Block future messages from the sender
- Encourage users to report scams
- If the sms is verified to be a scam, block the sender from ALL Textra users.
- (Unsure about this one) Report to the sender they have been identified as fraudulent and reported to the FTC
Issue: Haven't seen this lately but in the past a virus could hijack a users sms and send messages without them…

make a Widget .. ok being paid feature
Please make a widget .. Pulse has one so Textra should have one too. That's one thing I like about Pulse. Yeh ok make it a paid feature that's fine.

need longer delay for sending
increase sending delay to higher e.g. upbto at least a 1 Minute same as Pulse SMS app. if hitting that send button by mistake I have maximum 9 seconds to fish it out .. would likely turn on the airplane mode first. We need more time.

Import/Export Textra settings
I think it would be useful to be able to export/import our customization settings (font size, notification sounds, colors, etc) to a transferrable file. It would save people a ton of time when setting up a new phone to not have to go through and change them all each time :)

MAKE NEW MESSAGES APPEAR ON TOP!
Its frustrating as hell to get a message and you have to go searching thru all your messages to find it!! And its usually at the bottom! When you get hundreds of message a day its not only time consumimg but irritating!!

Mood app (competition)
There are lots of things I like from. Other app mood. But yours also is really. Good. One of the thinks to consider is creating carpets for like no saved numbers and. Contacts.
Or family. Friends. Work etc
And also out the messages closer together in the list section. They are too far from each other.

Mark as unread and Snooze reminder
Hi!
As requested by many users, it is essential for us to be able to mark our messages as unread. These unread messages should be moved to the top of the list, and highlighted.
In addition, a repetitive reminder such as "Remind me later" should be available so that we do not forget to deal with our important messages, as in the Outlook calendar.Finally, we should be able to mark the messages as "Important" and be able to filter the list according to this criterion.

VoIP
Have you guys ever thought of adding VoIP between people who have Textra? I enjoy using Textra but hate making LTE calls. I use Telegram to make VOIP calls to my friends and family but I hate the interface. I like the dark theme of textra. I can recommend my friends and family to use textra with me as some already do. But VOIP calls would be a huge benefit.

Tap and hold specific message in a group chat to reply directly to that message- similar to iOS messaging.

S21+ lacking notification customization
S21+ user here. just downloaded textra and can't assign notification tones or ringtones. Am a PRO user and have been for years at this point. HELP

Chat Reactions & Other Chat Features
It would be nice to be able to "like", "love", "laugh at", etc., a text message, as well as see other people's reactions instead of getting a message that So-&-so laughed at (or liked, loved,...) [insert ENTIRE reacted to text message here].
I also would like to see the "Gentle Effect", "Fireworks", etc, that many send their text messages to me with instead of just getting a message that the message was sent with said effect.

Suggestions to Textra
Hello, great app. But there are still 2 issues to improve. I write this email because I really like and want to use this app, I also bought premium. But these issues were not solved yet.
when I start to write sms I should choose from the drop-down list to choose from which SIM card (dual sim) message will be sent. And be able to switch to another when needed - BUT only with drop down list - so that to avoid such situations that after I write message, by accident I change card from which I send this message.
