  1. Please improve block list

    C'mon man, it is time to add features to the block list. I have thousands of numbers blocked because of the amount of spam that I get. but, occasionally I block a number by accident and it is a royal pain in my *ss to scroll through a thousand screens to find the number that I blocked by accident. Also, I'd like to be able to delete the entire block list and start from scratch if needed and there's no option for that. How about the ability to search or filter like others have mentioned?!

    Great texting app but 5 updates will make it 5 stars and King of Mount Textra. 1) FIX PIC ATTACHMENT FLOW. (Nuff said) 2) add support for customizable grouping of messages 3) Auto Delete OTPs and VENDOR Texts (door dash et all). 4) create contact groups directly in CONTACTS APP not stand-alone in app groups (reinstall removes configs) 5) auto backup settings. (May alleviate #4). Textra 4 life!

  4. Revert changes to photo select

    The new update is terrible. Why add multiple steps to selecting photos for no gain? It just makes this app tedious to use. At the very least, don't force us to tap on the tiny circle in the corner of each thumbnail to select it, it's TINY. Or add some fucking settings to customize this, don't force terrible design decisions down your users' throats. You're not Google, don't sink to their level of bad design. Keep up the great work you've been doing and fix this ASAP please.

    I love having friends pinned at the top but it hides new messages as I have a lot of pins. Can you keep the newest (pinned or unpinned) message at the very top of the list?

  7. ability to see all pictures in gallery form like Samsung messaging app

    it would be great to be able to do all of the pictures and multimedia sent under a chat or group chat versus having to scroll through all the messages to try and find a picture and from there then have to swipe because once you hit backspace it disappears and you get sent back to the bottom. Samsung gallery has it where there is a sub menu for a gallery within the chat or group messaging and you have the ability to see all multimedia that was sent versus having to search

    I struggle with posting photos now. The circle is too small and clicking on the picture should have an option to select it. It is very tedious to use. i would at least like a toggle to go back to the old way.

  16. Message Folders/Buckets

    It would be nice to be able to have group conversations by themes (Work, Family, Friends, etc) and have these groups or buckets display in the top header. Thus would help declutter and find messages easier.

  18. Filters for Unread, Drafts

    Please add an ability to filter on messages marked as Unread, as well one to filter on Drafts that have been created. These messages that are flagged or being worked on can get buried, and a filter allows them to be discovered and collected for action.

  19. Editing texts

    WhatsApp allows you to edit a message if you make a mistake. It would be amazing if Textra would also aaloe us to do so. They also have the option to react with any emoji from the emoji gallery.
