  1. Contact Nickname Integration

    I use my contact app's nickname field for a many people as I can, but not many apps I use let me use them. I think it would be a nice addition.

  2. I would like to see different settings for contacts.

    It would be nice to be able to customize the contacts more even something as simple as choosing between round and square pictures would be greatly appreciated and I think many others would make use of it too. Also I think the way the contact name is presented inside conversations could look cleaner. It would Really improve the feel of the app if it was cleaned up to look more minamilistic, maybe not even including a picture or an option to not include a picture inside the actual conversation page.   4. Option to defragment,trim large data.

    Hello, i have only 100 messages sms,and a data size around 160mb. Its a problem 4me, option to clear this is very necessary.

  7. MMS is broken? Leave Textra

    Textra removed legacy support- Tmobile and others require you to receive MMS through data. Textra is now pointless if it can't turn off Wifi.

    La telefoanele dual sim, apare langa butonul de trimitere optiunea alergerii sim-ului de pe care se exediaza. Ideea este ca atunci cand scrii un cuvant si ajunge in acel drept al acelui buton de alegere sim, o litera din cuvant nu se vede, in speta, ultima litera din cuvantul respectiv!
    Va rog, poate incercati sa remediati asta printr-un update!

  16. Better MMS implementation for users who turn mobile data off

    This has been my one big issue with Textra. The way it handles MMS messages when people, like me, have mobile data turned off.
    The way of showing 'MMS Failed' notification, then having to retry doesn't work all the time.
    There needs to be some sort of message, like a download button, that allows you to retry an attempt to download the MMS. Other messaging apps show a download button and can retrieve the MMS in a few seconds. With Textra, I can either get it immediatel, within minutes, or as it happens now, never.

  17. Compress view option for main inbox screen

    Basically something like the 'cozy' option in gmail. I just got an LG V40 and all the messages on the main screen are way more spread out than they were on my old V20. I feel like I could for 2-3 more threads on the main page without making it too hard to read
