If I send or receive an email address or phone number in a text, I would like to be able to tap the email or number and have the option to use that function - like be routed to my email provider or my dial pad

'Backup Settings' is a necessity!
Many have asked for this functionality (for a while now). If you want to implement another new feature, let it be something that encourages people to keep using Textra each time they upgrade to a new phone. We are sick of having to set up Textra again and again, line by line, trying to remember the colors/ options that were set on the old phone.

Remove contact pictures on home screen

There are some people that like to send rapid text messages. Example 5 text messages in a span of 10-20 seconds. Is it possible to only get ONE sound notification instead of 5 notifications?

Mute Convo as Heads-up Option
Would be nice to add the option to include a mute (or "mute-1hr") button in the heads-up button actions. Currently, you have to open the thread to toggle mute options.

Green Droid emojis

Actions pop-up on media selection
if you long-press an image, it would be nice to have an "actions" bar that pops up for: save/copy, instead of having to go into the upper menu.

Auto customised contact colours
love the idea! The only thing stopping me from using it is the contact being assigned the same colour as my text colour so there's double grey. No variation in the conversation then. It's too plain. Thanks for the great app!
