  1. Select Emoji Versions

    It would be nice if there was an option to change which version of each emoji set you can use. I really liked the look of the Android 5.0 emoji and would like being able to use and see them again.

  3. text to email

    It would be nice to receive my text messages while out of the country, where I do not have service but have Wi-Fi. I would recommend having the ability to enter my email address in the app which could then send a copy of any incoming texts to my email. thank you.

  5. # of Messages in Thread setting

    currently, if you swipe to the left, you can see the number of messages. make it a setting or choice to have to appear somewhere else like in the title of the thread or in the conversation at the top

  10. Removing contact from group message

    I haven't found an message app, where you can remove a contact that was previously added to a group chat. You can always add people but not remove people.

  11. Privacy

    Hello, I am a user of the pro version and I wanted to suggest two things.
    1. A privacy option where one needs a code for opening the app.
    2. A option to hide some messages or some sort of an vault where you need a code to open it.

  14. calendar sharing ics

    the app is no longer able to send or receive ICS calendar files... it used to be able to do this function, but now it won't allow a chosen calendar event to be shared or received... what happened ?

    when attaching a photo to a message, you can't pre-view it in the message to make sure it's the correct photo chosen...it would be great to be able to touch the photo and get a view of it before sending....Thank you

  16. 2 Factor Authentication Popup

    When your logging in on some site that requires a text message code, its a pain to have to open textra to get the code. Perhaps textra could Identify those types of text messages and display to code onscreen in some sort of bubble with the option to delete the message right there and then. That way it will not clutter up your inbox.

  17. EXPAND SPACEBAR - S8+

    Ever since I upgraded to the S8+ I'm continously inserting periods into texts inadvertently due to the space bar being just a bit too short in width. Perhaps I have shorter thumbs but if we could have dynamic resizing of the keys that'd be great. If not, just please allow an option to increase the space bar width (height is fine).

  18. Other background colors

    Outside of White, Dark, and Black there are other very dark colors that could work as background colors, look at the PitchBlack Substratum theme in the play store. They have a couple colors (Andromeda and Neptune) which are very dark Navy and Purple and they look great.

    I can provide screenshot examples of the colors if needed. And as a beta tester for Textra, I can test and provide feedback if needed.
