pulling down the notification shade should show picture if one is included in the message. like the yaata texting app does

Search within conversation
Currently the only way to search looks through all conversation it would be nice to only be able to search within a chat as to limit the possible results especially when looking for something commonly said.

Unable to receive texts after unblacklisting
I blacklisted a number temporarily and then turned off the blacklist option but now I no longer receive any messages from that person! I've deleted the data and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still, I don't receive anything! I even restarted my phone as well and no luck . Help anyone?
I use a Note 8 64gb. Still has a lot of memory like around 40gb. It's updated and everything .2 votes -
put the word FWD: in front of a message when forwarding
I would like to automatically have the fwd: in front of the message when forwarding instead of having to type it manually. another good idea is to have the name of the contact its coming from

Save all sent and received images to gallery
An option to save all sent and/or received images to folders on the device. I send a lot of pictures to people and I wish I could scroll through them later in my photo viewer app. Perhaps an option should be present to omit certain chats from import or to only import from some.

I never use the second SIM card so it will be cool if we can make desepear the SIM changer button.

Quick copy to clipboard
Please provide option to copy numbers from sms to clipboard instead of going to phone. Not all number is a telephone, sometimes it is e.g. a code from bank and is needed to copy in app.

Countdown toast for scheduled SMS
A time countdown should be displayed as a toast notification when a scheduled sms is set. The way it happens when an alarm is set on Android's stock clock.

Textra Will Not Forward Images To Email

Desktop App
Textra is an excellent alternative app for sending text messages, however, it would be even better if there was a PC app that allowed texting on desktop or even on the internet.
This might cost a bit to make but with enough funding this can be done.24 votes -

Text messages timer would be a great tool, sometime I need to send a message at a specific time that I know I will be busy to do it or I might forget. with this tool you can make the message now and deliver it in the future.

Access contact info from within conversation
you should be able to access a contacts information via tapping the contacts name in the drop-down Arrow menu from within their conversation
