MMS Save Locations
The auto-save feature for MMS should come with an advanced directory selector for users who want to save elsewhere on the storage medium, whether in the DCIM sub-folder or wherever.

ability to toggle off double tap to send right away
I find the delay feature very useful. However now that I discovered the double tap of the send to send it right away I find myself in a habit of hitting the double tap thus defeating the feature of delay

advanced searches
make the search where you can search media. for example I received a picture the last monyh but couldn't remember who from. so if there was a way to seperate the messages and the media sent I could have gone through all the pictures instead of all the messages and then searched the media inside the thread. also do the same for hyperlinks received. thanks for your time and consideration. this is by far the greatest texting app I have downloaded and refered your product to everyone I know utilized the superiors Android software platform

When will we get Auto-Reply?
Auto reply when driving is not simply a nice feature it really is a safety issue. It looks like many people also want it, especially if you add up all the different ways people have been asking for this. Please make it happen or I'll be forced to consider a different text message option. This is more important than the last two silly updates about web snippets and what you will and will not show.
Get this working and make this app on par with other apps that have it and you will have a superior app.

Macro/Shorthand Messaging
the ability to use a shortened version of a long response. For instance I can type "#address" and it would expand to my actual address

Timed Mute
Is it possible to set a timer on muting a particular thread? Instead of having to manually unmute, having the option to mute it for 1hr, 2hr, 8hr, etc or "until I manually switch back". Sometimes I will mute a group convo that's distracting, but I forget to turn it back on.

Private Box + Private Album
As another user suggested, private box for conversations with selected contacts that you choose and the conversations are not displayed within the general contacts thread.
Also, private album where you can place pictures you sent but do not want to display in public conversations.
Both options password accessible only

Make snippets received AND sent independently optional.
Hello,
I just noticed in the release notes that snippets for sent messages are being disabled. I kind of like them.
It'd be nice if they were optional both coming and going. Thanks.

Driving Mode
Before this app I used the Verizon texting app my phone came with. It had an option available that once your phone connected to a Bluetooth speaker that you designated as your car's stereo, it would send an auto reply text saying "[Auto-Reply]-I'm driving right now, I'll get back to you later". I think this would be a great addition to the already best texting app on the market!

Select location where MMS saves
My MMS photos are saved somewhere and it took a long time to find them. I'd like an easy option to select where they are saved.

Scroll Bar
A scroll bar would make scrolling through many messages a lot easier than using the calendar or swiping through 100s or 1000s of texts. Maybe something like Android Messages' scroll bar.

Navigation bar tint
tinting the navigation bar with the action bar will make the messaging more beautiful. all the app with 'BLACK' theme is black else my nav bar is white. please add the option

Quick Compose Dark Mode
Can the quick compose in the notification panel be customized. Instead of a light theme a dark mode just like the app allows? Don't know if this has been suggested yet. Thanks.
