  2. Compress videos and pictures automatically before sending

    Like the new update to the google messenger app. The video will compress, then send (when attached). You have a previous article regarding this feature that says this feature is completed. BUT IT IS NOT. Videos are only compressed when the video is taken from within the app. The app should compress videos when attached from the gallery.

  3. Voice message to text stopped...

    For a while I was getting voice messages as text messages... Suddenly it stopped and I can no longer see that option.

  4. New update broke mms

    After the last update I can no longer send mms. I am on page plus prepaid on the Verizon network. The options that used to be in the settings to set the port etc are no longer there. I tried on WiFi and 4G but no luck. I tried both legacy and system and no luck. Please fix ASAP. Thanks

  5. Easily Access Contact Details in Conversation by Clicking on Picture

    The new conversation format in the latest update makes it a cumbersome process to access a contact's details, whereas it was just one click before. Clicking on the contact's picture in the conversation or the message list should pull up the contact's details for easy access.

  6. Ability to back up preferences and settings so switching phones or having to reinstall isn't such a pain.

    An option to back up user preferences (contact ring tones and color schemes) would be a great way to get people to come back to it after getting a new phone.

    There must be some way of negotiating with Apple to use their proprietary iMessage protocol in Textra. I would love to finally be able to send iMessages with my Apple friends whether they have a signal or not
