  1. Update the strip accents and diacritics feature

    I have some suggestions about the "Strip accents and diactritics" feature.
    Instead if stripping everything unfamiliar in Western Europe, I suggest it should change Unicode characters to legal ones closely resembling them.

    For example:

    upper case Á should be upper case Å or lower case à
    upper case Ú should be lower case ù
    upper case Ó should be lower case ò
    upper case Í should be lower case ì
    upper case Ő should be upper case Ö
    upper case Ű should be upper case Ü

    lower case á should be lower case à
    lower case ú should be lower…

  4. Display number type for contacts with more than one mobile

    If a contact has more than one mobile, it's difficult to tell which one to use since you only display the number and not the label e.g. "mobile", "work mobile", "spare mobile", etc

  5. Kindly include quote message function in Text rather.

    Having an option to quote a message for replying would enhance communications on Textra. Especially in long chat conversations.

  6. Project Fi

    First off, I love Textra. Have been using it for years and years. Best sms app ever.

    However, when I switched to Project Fi network, I can only send MMS half the time. It bums me out that I have to ask my recipient if they saw the picture.

    For the time, I'm switching to Hangouts. Once you find a patch for Project Fi and MMS, I will switch back to Textra in a heartbeat.

  8. Lighter/Pastel options in color settings!

    I like the color choices, but none of them are that perfect light pastel shade I'm looking for. They're all a little too dark.

    The ability to detect event details in a message and create a Google Calendar event from them would be really cool and convenient.

  10. disable draft messages when only the spacebar is pressed. I know it sounds crazy, but I've done this so many times!

    this should also have an on/off option, for those who want drafts starting with blank spaces.

  11. Unread Message Count - Samsung Note 7

    Please share some feedback on how to restore the unread message count on the launcher screen icon. This feature ahs always worked well over the years. My Samsung Note 7 replacement phone was just received and the feature now longer works. I see dozens of complaints/requests in this forum, yet I cannot find any with a response. I seem to be running around in circles trying to figure out how to get support for my paid Premium version. Please tell me how to proceed. Michael Leavitt - Orem, Utah

  15. Preview photos taken in app before sending.

    When taking a photo with the camera function in the app you are unable to preview the photo full size before sending. With as small as the thumbnail is in the message line it can be hard to tell if the photo is not blurry or you got what you wanted in the picture

  18. Show conversation list when sharing an image with Textra

    I loved the feature on hangout when you shared an image with the all that it would allow the current conversations instead of having to select people from the address book.
