  3. Block autosave images from blocklist

    Autosaving of images is great, but I would love a setting to NOT autosave images sent from a sender on the blocklist (often spam, etc.). Thanks!

  4. Contact group recognition.

    In Google contacts a user can create "groups" if contacts (called "labels" in Google). It would be great if after selecting a group in Textra and sending a text to that group that the name field for that text conversation would show the group/label name instead of the user only seeing the first or second name in the group. If the user selects the drop down to view the contacts they could then see the list of names as it currently works.

    My wife has seven groups with various family nevers in each one. I can't ever tell which group…

    I accidentally clicked "Always" on the share method, and now I can't get it to share any other way - can we have a more straightforward way of undoing that "Always"? I can't figure out how to revert it to default.

  13. Idea for pop up text

    Check out ChompSMS. Their pop up text is awesome where you can swipe to go through the new unread texts. That would be amazing to have with Textra.

    I wish we could search for keywords within conversations. It would save a ton of scrolling.

  16. Language selection

    It would be great to have the option to select the app's language. Now it forces the system language. But for example I only use English as system language because google assistant doesn't (yet) work on my native language.

  17. Add/Remove Contact(s) from existing messages. SMS or MMS.

    It'd be nice to able to edit recipients of messages. You can currently start a group message, but after it is created you don't have the ability to add or remove additional contacts. That would be a nice new feature.

  20. Name conversation

    Previously, I made a suggestion regarding textra recognizing Google'S contacts labels and displaying those labels instead a list of names in the conversation view of your app.

    I think a simpler and easier option for textra to accomplish a similar and, potentially, other goals is to leverage the "customize conversation" options in Textra.

    In that section you could add the option to "name" the conversation. This would open up a lot of options:
    Parents with several children could name a conversation "all the kids"
    A name could be the "parents in law," "step kids," "work friends," "football party," "party guests,"…
