  1. pin to the bottom

    the ability to pin important messages to the top is great. It would be also nice to be able to diminish very unimportant messages that do not need to be trashed but also aren't looked for very often. So if you was the ability to pin messages to the bottom of the list, I believe many people would find that useful.

    please find a way to not have notifications for just reactions. it blows up my phone!

  3. Add notification setting for text messages from short codes (Nuisance control)

    The setting to change the notification behaviour for unknown contacts is great, however now messages from short codes (banks, UPS/USPS etc) also are impacted by that setting. It would be great if another similar setting could be added for those.

    add a edit button if you sent a text message and sent misspelled a message you can correct it.

  7. No way google in Feb 2023 update

    Just updated to the latest version on 2/20/2023. I recall seeing something about google integration, and lo and behold!!!: NOW I HAVE TO REMAINED LOGGED INTO GOOGLE FOR THIS TO WORK, OTHERWISE TEXTRA LAUNCHES GOOGLE PLAY STORE STORE TO FORCE LOG IN! This is a deal breaker, Textra just crashed from a 5 star rating to 0. I do not want to be part of the google ecosystem & have gone out of my way to avoid their apps due to privacy concerns. Should have left well enough alone, now it's broken!

  8. Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic

    In the description of the app in Play Store it claims to work with Android Wear. I have a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic and it is not compatible, nor are there any settings for it in the app. In fact, there is no mention of it anywhere other than the description in the Play Store. There are very few choices for messaging with the Wear OS and I would love to be able to use it as I have been a Premium member of Textra for years and think it is by far the best messaging app out there.     Hi there, I had a feedback for Textra. It has been very easy to use Textra for casenotes and a big thank you for developing this app.

  12. Retry on sending to multiple, ONLY to those failed!

    We got an option to retry sending to multiple, when it fails (typically mms).

    BUT Currently it retries sending to ALL!

    I would suggest using the list it already got with check marks and exclamation on the one that failed, and
    1) Send to those that have not been sent to first
    2) Then retry to the individuals marked with exclamation point it failed on
    3) If more retries are needed, the list is likely to be reduced gradually.

  13. how contacts are listed

    We should be be able to have the contact manner in which they listed customizable.
    Example being I want my contacts within Textra listed alphabetically, last name first just like they are listed in my Galaxy S7 phone's contact list. "Messages" which is the default texting program (I have it disabled since using Textra) on this phone uses the phone's contact list so they are listed the way you want. As if this version Textra still only lets you list the contacts First name first so my family for instance is listed all over the place not grouped together.

    Current swipe left action is call. I would like the ability to change the swipe left and right action to things like delete, mark read, etc.

  18. Block group chats that have a blocked number

    I have someone who reaches out via a group chat, but that person is blocked. I'd like for it to be that if a person is blocked ALL messages are blocked

  19. thumbs up or heart an image

    This will allow us to do the same thing iphone users are capable of doing. I wish it was possible to react to an image with an emoji. Please implement

  20. Larger/clearer font above messages

    The text above each message showing date and time of sent/received message is very hard to read! Could you enlarge it at least two points? Is even better, give the option to customize it?
