  8. If you rotate to landscape mode the keyboard should stay open. It doesn't - you have to reopen it.

    When you start a text the keyboard opens. If I decide to go into landscape mode the keyboard closes and I have to reopen it.

  10. Material Design: Chat colors are reversed

    Seems to me like the new bubble colors are reversed. Incoming messages should be highlighted in the vibrant color (they are what I care about) while my messages should blend into the conversation window (I know what I said). The current design makes it hard to stay engaged in the conversation.

  12. Custom pattern of vibrations on notifications

    I would like there to be a setting to where you can customize your notification pattern. Coming from different messaging apps, I find it a slight annoyance that I only can have on vibration or multiple ones. I would like a function to where I can select how many vibrates I want, such as 2 (like most other sms apps).

  14. Allow filtering of contacts so that only contacts from a certain account are shown

    I know that I can filter for "mobile contacts only" (which is a great feature, good job textra) but I don't want my built in contacts (like AT&T music listener) to show up either

    Text forwarding could use some formatting work to improve readability, including to/from info and date/timestamps.

    I tried to use this feature today and forwarded a badly spaced and nigh indiscernible jumble of words. I finally just sent many screenshots.

  18. more intelligent quick reply

    Quick reply is my favorite feature of this app, however I think it needs more gestures, how about you slide to the left to renotify you in five minutes, slide to the right to mark as read,and slide up to put it back in the notification shade. I think this would really improve the app.

  20. The voice texting playback needs to stay within the thread. Not take you to a player when you click on the audio file.
