  1. Photos button for each conversation

    A button added to each conversation that allows the user to be able to view all of the photos in the selected conversation. It would be quite easy to add to the app.

  3. New Emojis

    Please add the new ios 10 emojis (include the homosexual ones too) they are great and we should have them too. This app is almost like the IOS style messaging app

  4. Option to view the details and contents of the conversation

    Basically like the 'details' option in iMessage that provides a menu to view images sent between everyone and contact info of the person(s) in the conversation

  5. Merge contacts with multiple numbers in contact screen

    Please provide a setting (or keep it as default, whichever way you think is better) to merge those contacts with multiple numbers under a single name, with a dropdown menu to choose between numbers.

    A setting for a number of days after which messages are deleted. E.g. Delete any messages older than X days.

  7. Quick compose tile in the notifications pull down menu.

    In Android N apps can make their own custom tiles in the pull down menu. It would be nice to have a Textra quick compose tile that could replace the persistent notification. Could be a little cleaner than the current implementation.

  9. a few changes/additions

    1 rather than a coverflow of pre-defined colors, i would like a more "traditional" color picker: RGB sliders.

    2 disable "You are a Pro User" notification every time i select a notification tone. i'm aware.

    3 more notification icons: either more styles, or the ability to set a custom color.

    4 ability to set custom LED color.

    otherwise, great app so far.

  10. Bold Unread Messages

    I would like to see unread SMS or MMS being bold. Sometimes it's confusing as to which have been read or unread at quick glance. I think this would be a great addition to the app! Other than that, I love Textra!

  11. Do not mark all received messages as read.

    Marking all received messages as read doesn't allow apps like missed call reminder or alert.me to function. Alternatively, enhance the notification options at the sender level to include playing a sound even if the system volume is muted.

  12. Sending pictures

    All of a sudden when I try to attach photos, they just come up as blank boxes and won't let me and. This started yesterday a couple hours after sending pictures with no problems. I rebooted my phone and updated my app to no avail.

  13. Periodic repeat notificationd

    I would like an addition to repeat notifications to periodically notify after the current repeat time limit expires. This would be helpful for when your phone silenced, like in a movie, or when a message comes in over night. Possibly the other suggestion of infinite repeats at a configurable period would work to solve this issue.

    You have a wonderful app only thing that is missing is the ability to add custom backgrounds I think if you add this feature you would definitely ranked number 1 as far as I'm concerned

  15. Not all notifications have been read

    When you swipe away a Textra notification from the notification tray, it automatically thinks it's read. Please make it so that the message is not actually 'read' until you open the conversation, whether that be in quick reply or the actual app. Because i use Tesla Unread with Nova Launcher and the notification counter of Tesla disappears on Textra once i swipe a message away because Textra thinks I've read it when I've not. So please keep all messages unread until the quick reply is open, or the actual conversation with that contact in the app!

    I'm so sadden by the new update of IOS 10 hideous emojis Yeah I am glad that whenever Apple users receive new emojis we do, but please please please un update or present the option to change back.

  20. A Google Duo button or integration for video calling

    Google Duo is a really good video chat option. Itwould. Be nice to have an option to put a button in textra that will lead it to Google Duo.
