Blocklist Enhancements
Block texts from email addresses globally, these are almost universally spam so I'm really not sure why it is supported in the first place
When blocklisting a number, auyomatically delete the text message. this would prevent it from showing up on other apps and linked programs, preventing further risk of scam victimization and keeps a clean interface on all platforms

Block All Texts From Emails
Im getting tired of all the spam texts from email accounts. I have never wanted text messages from email accounts in the first place. A way to block all texts from email accounts would be nice.

conversation search
I know you can search for keywords on the main screen, but can you put a search option on the actual contact? I know who I was talking to haha, just don't remember when. Def helpful when it's like household passwords shared and that; I know who. Just is frustrating when it pulls up every conversation with everyone else esp when it doesn't search specific words. For example if I type "time" it will pull every "me" cuz it's in the word time. makes it impossible to find useful.

Needs Action
Please provide a way to mark texts that need further action. Just marking unread doesn't help when there are a lot of unread texts.
Adding a specific day/deadline would help, or a flag system color coded to when you need to take action. Thx

Wallpapers & Themes
Have a powerful theming engine where you can select a number of pictures from your gallery and have Textra periodically rotate through them as the main background wallpaper of the app itself. From the selected wallpaper, Textra then extracts the primary complimentary colours with which to theme Textra with.
Also applies separately to conversations with individual contacts.

Seen message notifications.
I would love it if you could add the feature where Textra lets us know if the other person has seen a text message or not. Many other SMS providers offer this but not Textra. Please add this!

category tabs across the top like friends, work, personal.
it would be nice to have tabs across the top to select between different categories of text messages. like work, personal, friends. would make it easier to keep track of many messages.

Option to merge messages from those who change their number so you don't lose everything

bring back the old feature where you can also personalize the color icon of the contact when you receive a message from them

Sort Unread to Top
it would be nice to have an option to sort messages so that unread were at the top.
Don't always have time to reply and then messages get lost in sheer number of messages.

Add/Remove contacts within a Group Text ?
seems I recall being able to do this in the early development of text messaging.... at one point, thought I could also do to a group text started by someone else

RCS GROUP messages
deveop a workaround for receiving RCS group messages maybe? î is maddening to switch back and forth between apps for just one person on my contact list who is in a group also. it's just the group chats I'm having difficulty with

instead of you guys having your own heads up notification you guys should of allowed it to have Nougat support when it came to heads-up notifications when the phone is unlocked. because I prefer the nougat quick reply than apps version.

swipe customization
would it be possible for you to add customizations to the swipe actions?
it would be great if I can swipe to mark the message as read, or swipe to multi select conversations.
and we can keep the current swipe actions as an option in the setting too if people want it.
