  2. Pop up conversation

    This needs to be the priority in your enhancement schedule.
    Enhancement – Pop-Up Reply – Conversation Mode
    • Current State – When Pop-Up reply opens, the receiver has the ability to only reply to one of the senders’ text.

    • Assumption – When Pop-Up reply opens, receiver has the option to replay consistently the sender.
    o Later enhancement – Give options to reply to different contacts from any contact’s Pop-Up message.

    o Possible later mini update – Hanging Pop-Up convos – When you complete a Pop-Up conversation with one contact (but you had multiple people contact you at once) and…

    Please give us an option to scan and change the font. I came across this on and thought it was pretty neat! I love textra but lately i have used chomp bc of that

  5. Aggregate links from conversation

    This is basically the same idea already in the app for media, but for links instead.

    Basically, implement the ability to see all of the links in the conversation history in a single screen. Mirror the implementation of the media functionality.

  6. Textra in the car

    Using the stock app, the car will receive texts and either read them or display them (ford sync). When I switch to textra, this feature does not happen. Would be great if it did.

  7. Double sim icons in messages list

    That would be great if an icon exist in message list on avatar to see where the message Come from sim one or Two. Or such another theme or layout to identify that.

  8. Grouping all messages from unknown contacts in a single thread

    Its better to create a single thread for all messages from unknown numbers, messages from network carriers and promotional/advertising messages. So the messaging window will be less cluttered. Also provide an option to set custom notification tone for unknown number messages.

  9. Quick messages

    It would be nice if I could save some quick messages. for example, I would like to be able to say, " I will be in the 6:30 train; home by 7:20" in a message I select from a list as opposed to typing it each time

  11. Ability to globally block texts (ex. +001 numbers = out of country)

    Spammers in 3rd world countries can buy SIM cards with free texting for cheap. They have (x20) card boxes that spam out hundreds/min before the card is used up then it goes on to the next.

    Be able to block out of country numbers would be a big bonus to this program.

  16. Option to customize background by using your own gallery pictures

    Please add an option for customizintheg app background and also the background of every conversation, I don't like the 'Screen colors' provided by app. And please make this change as soon as possible!
