Always On support
Always On support. the Always On feature in Galaxy s7 doesn't support keeping the message count on the screen. If I use the native messaging app the message count is on the Always On screen. this isn't so with Textra.

Conversation Lock
i want to set password on particular conversation or it should be hidden in the app somewhere. so that if someone holds my cell phone he couldn't access that conversation

advanced search options
sometimes I'm trying to find a specific message from a specific person from months back, but by searching words for clues to get me there, I have to sift through a ton of other messages to even find it. it would be really convenient to have some standard advance search options available. let me search by text chain. let me search for exact phrases or some of the words. let me exclude other words from my search. let me search between 2 specified points of time.
I've been a pro user for years. sometimes finding an old message isn't worth…

PRIVATE INBOX!!!!
You need to include a private inbox. most of the features are already in the block list. Only the block list takes to many clicks to get to. Where you could get to a private inbox by the word Textra on the app and input a passcode and/or use fingerprint!!!! Please, for once listen to this request and the request of others.

videos received from iPhones are horribly digitized. iphone to iphone videos, sent via text, are amazing quality. Any way this app can be updated to do that type of picture quality?

Can we help get RCS onto Textra?
I know that Google is the one restricting RCS to only their messaging app but it's HORRIBLE! I've been using it for a month and still don't care for it.
What can we do to help Textra get RCS?
