  1. no badge notifications for chats that are muted

    As a user I don't want to see any notification of chats that I have muted so I am not bothered by them in any way.

    the app already gives control over the standard notifications but the app badge still shows the number of unread messages for the muted chats. I won't want that. ;)

  2. Disable Popup window

    Since newer versions of android support reply from the notification/inside the notification shade the pop-up window seems kind of unnecessary, especially when on Samsung phones in the dialer when you want to send a text it opens a popup instead of the full app

  3. Pro upgrade didn't transfer

    I've been a Textra Pro user for years. I recently upgraded from Galaxy S7e to Note 8 and my Pro feature is now gone. How do I get it back?

  4. Read messages with text to speech

    My dyslexic son would really be helped if incoming messages could be read out loud by the phones text to speech function. A button on the quick menu that appear when you tap a message perhaps.

  11. More pictures in 1 MMS

    Would be nice if you could send 3-5 pictures in the same MMS instead of 1 for each picture.
    Just as you can with an iPhone. Or like other text apps

  12. Message length trigger for confirmation to send

    if message < x no confirmation, if => x make user confirm.
    so I can instantly sned something like "ok" but still have confirmation to send on longer messages

  13. Sharing to recent convos and group chats

    One thing I like the most about Google Messenger as opposed to others is when I share a link from a website. When I select the app, it pops up with my most recent conversations, including group chats. Textra does not offer this. Please add!

  17. incorporate phone into recently completed tacted

    when I go to send a picture or a contact, if I click share, I'm shown options on how to send it. ie, Textra, Facebook, Instagram etc. above this is a row of 4 icons of the people I have most recently texted. this is a great feature, it's very useful. but it would be far better if this feature incorporated who you last spoke with on the phone as well as texted. it should show the 4 most recent people you have contacted, either by phone or text, in chronological order.

    Currently, when you customize individual conversation bubble colors (and have auto-coloring for contacts enabled in the app settings), the change only apply to the bubbles and not the header at the top of the conversation (which remains the auto-colored color). would love to be able to bypass the auto-color function when customizing individual conversations.
