    Recently, Smart Reply was added but I can't stand it. I can't seem to find a spot to disable it...please add that.

  3. Please, please, please: more notification symbols.

    This suggestion / request is about as simple as it gets:
    I love the app, but in terms of how many unique symbols we can assign to separate contacts, your selection is very, very limited, surprisingly.

    Pleeeeaaaase, give us at least another 15-20 choices for symbols. Past those 20 symbols, a great idea would be to just add simply the option to assign an uppercase letter as a notification symbol. That's an extra 26 right there. The symbols are ultimately way more important to me, but it'd be great to have even more options.

  4. Time/date stamp always visible for every message

    I'd like to see the full date and time for every message all the time, instead of having to slide left to only see the time.

  5. Font sizing.

    If I get a text when I'm in bed, without my glasses, I can't read it because the font is too small. if i could use a screen pinch or the volume buttons to increase the size it would help a lot.

  6. To not have a new incoming text pop up in front of the current text msg I'm sending out to someone else.

    Everytime I am sending a message back and forth to someone, as I'm typing it, if a new text is coming in from someone else that new text popup puts itself in front of the one I'm currently working on to another person and then starts inserting what I'm typing into the reply box of the new incoming text. So now I've just sent a private text to someone else instead of the original person I was texting it to.

  10. Option to flip sent/received messages alignment.

    An option to flip the alignment of messages in the conversation so sent messages are aligned left and received messages are aligned on the right.

  12. Add a 'backup messages' function

    I think having the option to save and backup your messages on the Textra app (your Textra account) would be such a valuable function. Especially when it comes to times where your phone has a problem that does not allow it to operate and the only option you have is to reboot and wipe your phone. I know from experience, it hurts when your important messages have been deleted. I have another app that backs up my messages however, it would be a lot neater and more convenient if it was all on the same app.

  16. Combine multiple notifications from the app into one notification.

    for example if i get text from two contacts there shouldn't be two separate notifications. it should just say 2 messages received. I use dashnotifier and only the most recent notification ends up showing up on lockscreen so I never know how many messages i have.

  20. Encryption, lock for specific conversation.

    This will help you stand out of other apps. Only few offer this function. I just have installed and found it perfect but kindly include this. I searched this function in rest of the apps but i didn't found. The way you are taking and reviewing the suggestions, i really like it and hope you will consider this in priority. waiting anxiously for your next update including this function. Thank you.
