  3. Add talk to text option. I don't really know what the point of texting audio is. A talk to text option is much more helpful.

    Talk to text is generally available. It's usually associated with whatever keyboard you're using. SwiftKey you can hold down the comma, or in the notifications you an choose input method and have Google Talk to text. It's all right there ready to go.

  6. TTS - text to speech. Just read me my texts when I'm driving or have my hands full. Google TTS is on the phone... just use it.
