Textra could a feature for us to see the status of the message we are trying to send-- if it is still trying to send the message or the message is already sent.

Have a menu button in the conversation view.
The menu button in the conversation view would have a settings shortcut and a theme option. The theme option would take me to a page where I could individualize the colors and background of the previously selected conversatin. And be able to save a different style (colors and/or background image) for each conversation. And maybe change the way the conversation list slides back into view. So instead of swiping and thenn having the list slide over, have it be so as I am starting to swipe to the right the list is coming into view. Both of these ideas, I…

textra keyboard is not used/ seen
I downloaded textra before and it was okay but when i downloaded it again. The keyboard is not the same with textra. It's still using the android keyboard. Help?

have the same option of "select all, copy, cut, paste, dictionary" when a word is highlighted, as with other texting apps
Why does my stock messaging app (Galaxy S6 edge plus) have this pop-up: "select all, copy, cut, paste, dictionary" when a word is highlighted, but not textra? I think it's pretty standard, useful, & handy. Lastly, it can be the difference between a customer using Textra or another texting app. This basic feature helps a smartphone/smart app stay smart.

Quick Reply send animation
Just a little thing, but it would be nice if there was some send animation for quick reply/compose instead of it just disappearing.

Auto Compresing the already existed photos in the gallery taken by the phone camera

Howz this suggestion : i would like a secondary place to put messages from people I'd like to keep in messaging without making a contact no. and name ,but to keep the no. .this would unclog my primary message place.your thoughts? Sometimes patients call me and i want to check back much later without making a contact for them

I get repeat requests to update Textra. I updated to 3.9 on 1st Dec...
Use a better checking system so repeat requests are not sent after Textra has been updated

How do I open a trouble ticket. I have no new ideas until textra does what it's supposed to do now.
I'm uninstalling until I can send mms messages. Moto x pure 6.0!!!

Small security issue: part of the screen can be seen when quick replying from the lockscreen
When quick replying from the lockscreen (if enabled), which requires no password, part of the screen can be seen behind the pop-up box. Possibly fill in the area behind the box with a color, or make the pop-up box fill the whole screen (when accessed from the lockscreen?)
