    it would be awesome to have a split screen for foldable devices where the people you are texting with are in the left pane and the conversations are in the right pane. Google messages does this for a reference.

  11. Block messages by keywords

    I get a lot of spam, and though I add the sender to the Blocklist they out smart it by sending again and again from different numbers or IDs.
    These messages have some word combinations that repeat. If I could block messages with these word combinations, it would be great.

  15. Sort blocklist

    Currently numbers on the Blocklist are sorted by...I can't tell. I think there should be a feature added to sort the list by various parameters, for example recency of messages exchanged (sort by newest or oldest first), date added to Blocklist, alphabetical, etc.

  16. Show emoji for iphone tapback response

    This is rolling out for Google Messages on Pixel phones. I'd like to see the same implemented for Textra users. Currently, if you're in a conversation with an iPhone user, and they react to a message, it comes through as all text (ie, "Joe laughed at [message text]". The requested change is to display the emoji reaction, rather than the text

  18. mute messages

    I want to mute messages, not block them. I get a group chat - all are in my contacts - that I don't want to be involved with at this time. I can't block, bc I need to get individual messages from some. So I'd like the ability to mute group chats. Right now I deleted the msg manually. Ty.

    i would love to see more notification icons or something new then what we have now.
    i have been with Textra since the beginning and i am ready for a fabulous change, I'm out of icons for my contacts and I'm bored with these.
    if there is a way to download my own that would be amazing!
    i would love more personalization options, bubbles, pics, backgrounds, themes etc
