1. How can I migrate Gmail emails to Office 365 on a Mac without downloading everything manually?

   I've been helping a family member move from Gmail to Microsoft 365, and I honestly expected the process to be much easier than it turned out to be. Downloading emails one by one or forwarding important conversations simply wasn't practical because the account had years of messages spread across Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Archive, and Spam folders.

    like if you have an audio file of a song have the ability to send that song. and if the file size of that song is too large it can let you resize it!

18. Anyone Using a Mac to Convert Outlook PST Files into PDFs for Record Keeping?

    I recently switched completely to macOS, but I still have years of Outlook PST files from my old Windows system. I needed a solution that could archive those emails into searchable PDFs without installing Outlook or using a virtual machine.

    After comparing a few options, I found the MacSonik PST to PDF Converter, and it seems to check most of the boxes. It supports both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs, so compatibility isn't an issue. What impressed me most is that it can process multiple PST files simultaneously without any file size restrictions, making it suitable for large mailboxes.

That makes it easier to export only the folders I actually need instead of converting everything.
