Please implement a feature we can use to block unwanted text messages! As of late my associates & I have been getting unwanted texts from spammers, advertisers and loans lol! I along with my friends would upgrade to the pro version just for this feature alone! Thank you very much TEXTRA for your hard work!

new messages indicator
sometimes I'll have a group chat the receives 20+ messages before I can read it. it would be nice to have some sort of indication in the main chat window about which messages are new. alternatively, being able to jump to the first new message in a large chat would also work.

Textra messages not showing in stock app
I am worried when I go to backup my phone I will lose my messages for some reason all the messages I get on Textra do not show up at all on my stock app even when I switched back. Anyone experience these issues

Quick link to Bitmoji
Please create a button under 'attach' for a quick link to Bitmoji if possible. It's a pain to have to go in Bitmoji, select a Pic then find textra then find the person to send it to 🤦♂️

Move SIM select icon out of the text field
The icon seems to overlap with a bit of the text field in portrait orientation and obscures short words, punctuation, etc behind it. Fixing the margins there would be nice, but maybe also let us move the button into a submenu or long-press action or something

Change contact name as shown in Textra
To have the ability to change the name of a contact as displayed within Textra, or else display the "Phone number type" (Mobile, Home, Work, etc.) from Android contact information.
I have several contacts with two phones and distinguishing between personal or work phone numbers is difficult without creating a new, separate and unique Android contact in order to distinguish properly between the two within Textra.5 votes -

Different colour threads
Would love to be able to change the colour of the message thread itself, from the main screen. Would help to visually differentiate between conversations.

Reset to original settings (default)
I absolutely LOVE the myriad of settings but I would like to have a reset option to clear any changes I've made to my Textra app while I'm inebriated... 🤣

I hope you can incorporate gradient colors on your text boxes that are similar with iOS or new the Messenger. That would be really cool!!
