  1. be able to type while previous delayed message is sending

    it would be great if after you send your previous message, and while it is delayed being sent, you can continue to type your next message instead of having to wait for it to actually send

  2. message count next to the name of the thread

    On the page where we see all pur text message threads next to the name of the specific person in parentheses should be a message count for example John Smith (322).

  4. Option to use textra database or stock database for apps.

    I know textra uses its own database for messages because it is suppose to help make everything fast. However, some apps (like Tasker) rely on stock database so they are incompatible. If you could have an option to choose between the two that would be great!

  7. Predefined messages in quick reply. User defines the messages, but maybe start with some examples like "Yes", " No" or "I love you".

    You could use the + menu and/or have the list scrollable (no more than one or two messages to visually choose from at a time so as to not take up too much space).

  8. Option to group messages from certain contacts in separate folders

    I'd like to have the option to group certain types of messages (like my Banks' SMS, unknown numbers, etc.) in different folders so that they don't take up space in my actual conversation list.

    The ability to forward ringtones or other sounds in a text , Had to go back to stock in order to do that.

  14. to show new messages on lock screen? like the HTC One M8 default app does.

    the only draw back to this app for me is that I can't see the message on my lock screen, I know there was a wish for this a while ago but I've never seen it implemented :/ would love it if it could be done!

  17. please allow us to disable quick reply from floating notification, i want the textra application to open when i tap at floating notification

    I have "Opens Textra" as tap notification

    and it works on the notification drawer in the notification bar

    but not on floating notification, i do not like quick reply and i want the application to open when ever i tap the floating notification

    floating notification is an awesome idea and i really appreciate it. textra team has done a wonderful job but i would like the quick reply disabled on the floating notification as well.

  18. Encryption, lock for specific conversation.

    This will help you stand out of other apps. Only few offer this function. I just have installed and found it perfect but kindly include this. I searched this function in rest of the apps but i didn't found. The way you are taking and reviewing the suggestions, i really like it and hope you will consider this in priority. waiting anxiously for your next update including this function. Thank you.
