  2. improve copy

    I would like to be able to copy just parts of messages rather than only being able to copy entire messages. that is my only frustration with y'all.

  6. Edit Most Recently Used List of Contacts

    Long pressing on the app icon displays the three most recently used contacts but the list is not correct. I stopped txting a trades person months ago but he still shows up in the list. It's a good feature but the algorithm needs to be improved or users allowed to select their own contacts. Blocking him removes him from the list but I don't want to do that and the number reappears after unblocking.

  7. expiring self destruct mms and text messages

    Textra is the best, but it will be better if it had a feature like what's app. Sending a message to people with expiring date and time would be ideal. if I send a pic to someone I want it erased within a certain time limit and day.

  8. Contact side bar.

    I really like your app but for years I have been using the Hello SMS app because it has a side bar at the left for recent contacts. I would like to see this feature in Textra.

  9. Save your text messages to your P.C.

    Allow users to connect their phones to their PC via USB/Bluetooth so that they may save their text messages. This can have many benefits, such as: protecting yourself/business from erroneous charges due to a misread text by a purveyor, saving a cherished note from a loved one, or even creating a "database" for authorities if someone starts stalking you, or even more importantly--to free up space on your phones hard drive because you just can't delete a message.     would be awesome if there was a quick option to silent notifications from a certain chat or group chat. Maybe a 24h option. Would be very convenient for overactive group texts.

  19. Drop-Down Web Page Previews

    Can you guys add the option to have a drop down/pull down Arrow next to web links?

    sometimes in conversations, it takes a little longer to scroll through messages because the chat gets pretty long from all the web links we send each other.

    I feel that if we had the option to choose what links we can see Previews for (such as a drop down/pull down Arrow) it would make the web Previews more efficient
