  3. Floating chat bubbles

    Is there a way to manually make the bubble notifications appear, rather than just wait for the other person to text you?

  4. Reminder Option

    It would be so helpful to set a reminder on messages. For instance, items that need action or a reply at a later time. Just a simple notification for a later time when the message will show again.

  5. scheduled send improvements needed

    i send a lot scheduled messages and the default time to send is set to NOW. (which defeats the purpose of scheduling a message). please let us set the default time for scheduled messages and if possible also add a repeat option (for instance, If I want to send a Good morning! message at 8 am every Monday or Every day that would be great. (but at bare minimum please let us change the default send time, and also a digital clock face would be nice instead of analog, as analog leads to more time errors when using 24 hr…

  7. Trash Area

    Sometimes, I don't realize that I have deleted something important until much later. Is there any way that we can implement a trash can? I would love to go back through my deleted conversations just in case I realize stupidly that I've forgotten something in a conversation that I should've saved. I'd greatly appreciate it!

  9. Need to Add Person to Chat

    Not "contacts". The current chat. I could start a whole new chat with the extra person, but then the chat history with the original group is lost. Honestly, I am surprised this feature is not available. It is infuriating not to have it.

  11. No longer able to share and send VCF contacts

    Can you please tell me why I can no longer share contacts with my Textra app? I have no other way to share a contact. Stopped working approximately 2 weeks ago. I did a resync with Textra from within the app but it didn't help... PLEASE HELP ME!!! TY 🙏🏽

    used to use Verizon message+ and was able to have favorites, and ice contacts, I could call those contacts from my message app

  15. auto reply

    I was previously a Verizon Messages + user. So far Textra does what I need, but I 'do' miss the auto reply mode when driving, and the custom reply (could set it up when in a meeting, or riding my motorcycle).

    Textra developers - please consider adding an in app option for auto sms reply messages

    Create tabbed navigation with categories automatically sorting normal texts, reminders, authentication codes, automated messages, etc into a category each.

  19. Don't switch to another text thread after quick response

    If a message thread is open with person A and a new message comes in from person B, thread B will overlay A for your quick response to B, then flip back to A so quick you may not notice you're back in thread A. Typing a second response to B often goes to A unnoticed due to this switch back. Suggesting a better way to show the transition back to thread A so users are aware, without having to customize each thread's color theme to visually see the difference.
