  1. Mark only some messages as read or unread

    It took mr a long time to realize that I shouldn't select any messages when I have to mark them as read. I just couldn't find the option when I have messages selected, which begs the question why can't I pick the messages to mark as read? Why does it have to be all or nothing?

  3. Two numbers

    When the phone connects to two numbers... when texting it currently bounces back and forth between them.
    Would be ideal to pick one and EXCLUDE the other. It's currently causing issues as no one knows who I am.

  5. Option for no override on send delay

    Would be great if the app included an option to disable overriding send delay.

    Out of habit most people will just click send twice even when it was something they didn't mean to send, thus negating the whole purpose of the delay.

    like WhatsApp web or telegram. me . we should be able to have access to our SMS to be able to send them through computer ?

  9. Custom Fonts & Colour Wheel

    Can we please, us premium users, have some fonts to choose from maybe? Could we also have the ability to change font colours and bubble colour's on like.. a colour Wheel? This would be so very helpful. Thank you for all the hard work you do!

    when we go to schedule a text message and we set up the time and date there is a Big Button that has the word "Schedule" on it. for all intents of purposes it looks like the button that you push to do the scheduling obviously? right!?
    No! if you touch that button everything just goes away like you never did anything all all. it will not schedule the message! but If you go through that whole process and touch the send button then it schedules it!!!????!!??     can you make it so we can share location for a duration of time? for traveling on roads and allowing the receiver to see where I am for an hour or 2 at a time? or even 10 mins or 30 mins?

  13. Tapback options are in dire need of more options

    On any other text app, the tapback options are unlimited. For many, many years now, Textra has always been the 1st app that goes on any new device but my grands keep giving me a really hard time about the severely limited availability of tapbacks I have. I have more grandkids than the number of tapbacks we have! Please, please address this issue. It's the only thing I've ever come across that I really need, but it's not on Textra.

  14. Make a textralike app to manage RCS messages

    Google will probably never open their API to allow you guys to use RCS, but how about this idea....

    Create an app that will "manage" their messages database. The same infrastructure that you have now in textralike that says "Keep X number of messages", but enhance that to "delete older than x", and other options.

    You can make this a separate app, and I'll buy it today!

  16. add toggle option for swipe to close chat

    I can see how this would be a useful function for some people, but personally I find it frustrating that the chat auto closes with swiping rightward. I often write a text and then highlight to delete words or sentences, but doing so runs a high risk of closing the chat if you do it in just the wrong motion. I would LOVE to be able to toggle this off!!!

  19. Vacation Responder

    Hello, I use this app a lot for work, and it would be really helpful to have a vacation/out of office response so people aren't super mad at me when I get back from vacation and I didn't reply for a week or so... I have that for my email, would be great to have it via text as well

  20. Allow wildcards in block list

    It would be great to allow wildcards when entering a phone number in the block list.
    For example, adding "0948*" would block all messages from numbers who start by 0948.
    This would greatly filtrer all spam received.
