    1 thing I absolutely love about a competitive Text app is I can favorite a Text Thread / to stick to the top of my Text inbox!!!! that way my family group chat and husband are always at my finger tips!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO THIS

  2. Bug - Messages Do Not get Marked as Read After Length of Time

    When you leave a message unread for a while (not sure how long it actually takes) to remind you to deal with it at some point and then you finally read the message it no longer will mark as read. The only option then is to select the Mark All As Read but then any other messages you didn't want marked as read will be also. This has been an ongoing bug for several years.

  3. Make it work with internet.

    It will be like WhatsApp but with the option of being able to send messages offline. Having the best of both.

  5. Link to calender

    Basically open a link to your calender when a date is mentioned. maybe even autofill if there's relevant context in the text?

  6. old picture sending

    can you give us option of using your new or preferred old method of picture sending. I don't send batch photos ever. And the new method is more cumbersome than it was previous. I keep previewing image by accident while trying to click the little bubble to send the picture. Thanks.

    Automatically delete one time PIN/two factor authentication messages after a selectable amount of time. Other text apps already do this too.

    you have to create more iOS looks at the text app .. sending the remaining bubbles and also add an option which shows choos iOS bubbles or Choose Android bubbles it's easy for users

  12. Folder or drop down.

    I get so many texts for codes and stuff from websites, I just deleted 19 separate messages! can we have a default folder or even just a drop down for all the trash? or even be able to put all the messages from "unsaved" numbers in that folder/drop down??

    You should truly be able to block list numbers AND all further messages from them. otherwise their messages keep piling up in that folder and taking up memory

  16. RCS for the Millionth Time

    paid VIP Member (of years upon years) & I'm sad to see that this suggestion has fallen on deaf ears for as long as it has. I'd hate to have to leave all of the amazing customization options that Textra offers, for the likes of Messages by Google. please keep up with the times! we want to keep loving you! 💜💙

  18. Create Rules

    Have a process where any text with a key word you set is automatically blocked, deleted, or won't allow notifications.

    Example. Key word "trump". Any texts that come in with that word in the text, will not alert/notify and/or is deleted.

  19. where did vibration patterns go?

    why on earth would you remove the option to modify vibration patterns and then make it super long and not follow system settings? This is annoying enough to make me jump ship.

  20. Voice Messages

    The support of sending voice through text would be awesome! The feature could include to record, preview, then send the voice message, like a text, instead of send on completion.
    Audio message attachment support would also be nice for sending voice memos from the phone.
