  2. Full timestamp support

    The textra current timestamp implementation does not fit my needs. I want all incoming and outgoing texts timestamped. Currently with deliver receipt on i see mine and only the other persons timestamp in header blocks, not individually. Theres also no settings under SMS for it.

  3. Text Insights

    Me and lots of people I know who use this app really love how it tells you how many texts you and another person have had when you slide over from their contact. My idea is to have a tab inside the drop down bar of someone you're texting, that tells you how many words and characters you two have communicated. You would be able to select between specific dates for it to calculate these numbers, or just leave it to calculate for all of the texts you have had. It could also count emojis used and stuff.   4. Different Inbox for Phonebook Contacts

    It would be great if there is a separate Inbox for the messages that are coming from the phone contacts and a separate Inbox for anonymous contacts.. This idea is very much similar to Gmail inbox concept.

    This will help keep the inbox neat and tidy.

  6. Contact Color Assignment

    I assign a different color for every one of my contacts. It gets tricky when certain colors are extremely similar to one another. It would be cool if, when scrolling through the colors when assigning one to a contact, it listed the contact(s) that is (are) assigned to that color already.

  8. ali Short MMS message alignment

    When sending a short text to a group (MMS), the "Delivered" text is longer than the message, but they are both aligned left. as a result, there is a margin between the sent message and the right edge. it would be good to align sent messages to the right.

  9. ability to not see gifs or stickers...

    there's a ton of buttons and for those of us not up with communicating via pictures, it would be nice to have just emojis or a way to hide certain types of content like stickers and gifs

    Since Android does not provide a way to do this natively, it would be great if Textra could allow us to take ourselves out of group chats.

  16. Time stamp on EVERY text bubble

    Searching ideas states this is already implemented but it isnt. Time stamps have a number of important applications, especially in business... it seems I only get a time stamp occasionally, and not always. make this an option or let me know where it is. Otherwise I have to fall back to another app that does this.

    Je sais que ça fait "Gadget" et que ça rajoute, encore et encore, un truc, qui donne un aspect lourd au menu par glissement des Contacts dans les archives sms... Mais si possible, se serais bien, un MODE CACHÉ, le message n'est pas supprimé, mais ne s'affiche pas dans la boîte de stockage des sms... Genre, en faisant un glissement de doigt de gauche à droite, sur les Contacts en archive sms, la poubelle apparaît, mettre un icône pour Caché, Camouflé le Contact...
