1. Background Customization

Message+ allowed you to put a picture as a background to all the conversations. It would also let you put different backgrounds behind specific conversations. It was the only texting app that had that feature I hope Textra can implement this feature!

3. Voice memo play back controls

It would be really helpful if you could skip to different parts of a voice memo or atleast have buttons to rewind and fast forward

I often find myself having to replay certain parts of a voice memo. Unless I am missing something this requires having to let the whole thing play from the beginning which is painful for long recordings.

5. Option to disable automatic links

I'd love an option to disable the recently rolled-out feature that turns "when" references (today, yesterday, now) and dollar amounts into hot links.

I don't want that functionality. For me, it's nothing but distracting.

   thanks!

I would find this feature very useful to always know exactly at what hour and date was an sms received. Right now I can only see when my sms was delivered but I can't see when an sms was received from someone.

11. How to Convert EML Files to PST format in Bulk Without Size Limit?

If you need to convert EML files to PST in bulk without facing size limitations, the SysInfo EML to PST Converter makes the process straightforward. Begin by opening the tool and selecting either multiple EML files or an entire folder containing hundreds or even thousands of EML items. The software loads all messages instantly and allows you to preview email content, metadata, and attachments, which helps ensure accuracy before converting. Once you choose PST as the saving format, you can apply optional features like removing duplicate emails, excluding attachments, or splitting the final PST into manageable parts. When everything looks right, start the conversion and let the tool process all messages at once, regardless of size. The result is a well-organized PST file that retains your folder structure and can be imported directly into Outlook on any version.

17. Is It Safe to Import MSG Files to HostGator?

Importing MSG files to a HostGator email account is generally safe, provided you use a reliable tool that preserves email integrity and adheres to HostGator’s import protocols. MSG files, which are individual Outlook email messages, cannot be directly uploaded to webmail interfaces like HostGator’s cPanel email. Instead, they need conversion to a compatible format such as MBOX, EML, or IMAP-supported files.

Using a professional tool like MacGater Mac MSG Converter ensures that all email properties—including sender, recipient, subject, attachments, and folder hierarchy—remain intact during conversion. The software supports bulk migration and allows previewing messages to avoid errors. Once converted, emails can be imported into HostGator via IMAP or webmail import functionality without data loss.

Always ensure that the MSG files are free from corruption and that your HostGator account has sufficient storage. By following these steps, you can safely migrate emails while maintaining data accuracy and structure.
