    keep quick reply conversation thread like Android messenger does. When using quick reply you can see a thread of the convo in the pull down notifications.

    Be able to change contact frame to other shapes. ie square, heart, etc.

  10. ISN'T IT BACKDETED!!

    for 2 usable sim card textra dont show dual sim card option for sending sms,,, It's seems like a backdetad.. now every smartphon is run by dual sim,,and ITS important textra never show from dual sim which sim recived this sms.. it's not like smartest

    It would be good to be able to have an automatic signature for particular contacts. For example for my wife I would like kisses to be added automatically on each message.

  14. Do not mark as read when notification is dismissed

    A message should not be marked as read when the notification is dismissed. Sometimes user dismisses a notification just to hide its content or maybe just to see what is under it. There is already an idea open for adding a "Mark as Read" button to the notification. I think this idea is related to that.

  15. Disable auto rotate

    when I turn my screen off while typing a text and lay my phone down, then cut it back on, Textra rotates to landscape and takes a second to figure out it needs to be in portrait and switch back before I can resume typing. It would be nice to have a disable auto rotate feature in the app itself as I don't want to completely disable it on my phone all together.

  19. Default/System Heads-Up Notification

    Include an option that will allow users to use their device default (or system) heads-up notification. Not all users like Textra's own heads-up (tap to reply) notification.

  20. Notification Drawer-Mark as Read

    Not all messages need a reply, sometimes you just want to 'Mark as Read' straight from the notification drawer.

    Event:
    Me: Sent you $10 on Venmo
    Friend: OK

    I would simply like to mark as read without having to open the message in a case like this, or anything conversation ending.
