  6. Include post title with Share

    When trying to share links, specifically from the Reddit Is Fun app, the post title does not appear in the text message. It works with other text apps, and RIF support claims that the data is sent with the share task. Is there any way to enable this or reason why it doesn't work with Textra?

  7. Option to choose sent/received bubbles on left or right side

    I would like to be able to choose which side the sent and received text bubbles appear. Right now it defaults to me on the right them on the left. this seems contradictory to the common style of reading from left to right. I have to start on the right to read my message and then go to the left to read the response from the recipient. I would like the option of being able to choose which side my message appears and which side the recipient message appears.

  10. Link Previews.

    you should integrate previews to links that are sent and received. Like sharing a YouTube video provides the thumbnail or sharing a webpage provides a preview of the page or the site logo or something. Just to add substance to links.

  15. Mass unmute after messages are deleted

    I accidentally selected all messages and hit the mute icon, and all incoming messages were muted. Before I selected all messages again and unmuted, I deleted a handful of messages that were still muted. Later new messages came in from the people whose messages I had muted/deleted and they were still muted. Consequently I missed their messages until I opened Textra for other unmuted messages.

    I've not found a way to locate people I've muted so I can unmute them other than to wait for a message from them. An option to show all contacts and provide a means to…

  18. Group Messaging Colors

    I love the addition of auto-reply colors for different contacts. That's the one thing that I liked about Google Messenger vs Textra (not enough to make me switch, though). However, in group MMS, could we get different senders to be automatically assigned different colors, as to better distinguish who is talking in the group chat? I know that Google Messenger and a few other messaging apps do this already.

  19. Back arrow to identify which texts are yours

    On the list of contacts who I've texted, it would be nice to have an arrow or something identifying which texts I sent, and which texts I received. Sometimes I forget to reply to someone, and I want to be able to see which texts I left as outgoing vs texts I left unreplied. As of now you can't see whose text it is.

  20. Messages for groups

    Message for groups should be visible in individual conversation so when they respond, you know that they're replying to the message that you send to the group
