  1. Floating Blacklists

    Everytime textra is installed, one has to start afresh by blacklisting the numbers. It will be great if a consolidated list of blacklists is created for a person to opt for OR if an option is provided to export a copy of the same, as a backup, for the user.

  2. Add Android 7 Nougat quick reply in textra notification

    Add the posibility to quick-reply to à message from the notification with the Android 7 Nougat system (typing message directly in the notification) !

  4. Save Favorite Colors and Themes

    I love using different color and text combinations, etc. It would be cool to be able to save them like presets and pull them up whenever.

  5. random chat bubble colors

    Verizon messages has a setting where you select the order of colors that occur for each contact in a chat. Selecting certain colors for each contact is a pain.

    It would be nice to have the option the person's name showing conversation window rather than showing part of the text message received or sent.

  8. No ads for FREE VERSION

    it would be very nice if textra would remove advertisements in the Free Version of the app. Then, the free version textra would be the best messaging app for android hands down!

    kindly provide us the option to customize Textra interface, design, color scheme, accents just like Apple's Message app. Allow us the option to remove contact photo in inbox and the message itself.

  10. Lock Textra and unlock using finger print

    Would love to be able to lock Textra and then unlock it with my finger print scanner that is built into my phone (Moto Z Force). Also to be able to do this with individual threads instead of the entire app would be useful.

    I would like for Textra to let me know if my message did not go through. I have been waiting on an answer from a person for 2 days only to find out I did not have enough digits in her phone number when I sent it, from my end it looks like the message went through when I rechecked it I saw that I was missing a digit to her phone number. luckily I had saved her phone number incorrectly and I was able to retrieve the message and resend it using the correct amount of digits in her…

  14. Grayscale Accent Colors

    Hello, I love your product!
    This is silly, but would you mind adding grayscale accent colors to the customization menu? Like black through white. I like having the main color be black but I can't have my accent be gray or white because it isn't an option. It's a small thing but I'd really appreciate it!

    It didn't do this when first released, then it did do it for a while, and now it doesn't do it again. If you changed this because people complained, please add option for people who like it--like me.

    there could probably be a better title but the idea typically is that you can set different emojis for different conversations like of someone has a iPhone you can set your emoji to match there style of emojis. so it's more customizable for each in particular conversation. I have several emojis that I bought and would think it would be cool to be able to use more than one or all of them at the same time. still love the app by far the best ever. just something to add that came to mind to see if you amazing app…

  18. gif search bar focus

    While creating a text, after selecting the plus + symbol, followed by selecting the option for gif, the cursor focus immediately goes to the magnifying glass. In order to type a search term the user must then select the word area before anything can be typed. Having the cursor focus go immediately to the magnifying glass is a wasted and un-needed step. A new search can't be run until the focus is placed on typing a new word. The previously searched gifs already appear from memory anyways, so the magnifying glass is pointless until a new search term is created.

    Have Ur list of favorites at the top of the app so u can just tap on their name to text them instead of having to type their name in.
