Find Recipient
When looking for recipients from contacts list, would be nice to have alphabet list on the side to get right to intended contact (yes, you can scroll and that's easy too) but alpha list would also be nice!

Sent Volume
Would like the ability to change the "sent sound" volume level.. It's too quiet.

Voice notes
Imessage, whatsapp, they both have one thing in common. VOICE NOTES. Implementing this would add a huge boosts of downloads and pro users for sure. Stock Android app doesn't bring this feature so adding it would definitely be a huge boost for textra itself. I'm a textra user for life anyways

Am I missing something? I've found NO WAY to add a number FROM THE APP to your contacts. AND I havent found a place for a profile.

Shout and Whisper
be able to change the size of the text in a message by pinching in to make smaller (whisper) or pulling out to make text larger (shout)

I'd like the starred contacts to bedste arranged due to usage, and not due to alphabetic order.

Consecutive Bubble Shape Adjustment
In Facebook messenger, Android messages, and iMessage, the shape of the bubbles changes when consecutive messages are sent by the same person. for example, rounded corners turn to sharp corners and message tails only show on the final message. This is adds a nice aesthetic to the apps and would really add visual polish if this were implemented in Textra.

Mark a message as unread
I wonder why this feature is not added? It has been asked for many times in the past couple of years and many updates have been made but this one is always skipped... Is it so hard to do? Judging by the votes it is certainly important to people... Thanks for a great app in every other way

Driving text
Enables you to let other people know that you received their text, but you are driving. It's basically shooting the text out before you even get the chance to text and drive(I DO NOT, have seen effects, unforgivable. I have a 16 old son that needs me to be responsible, monkey see, monkey do.) Maybe just a "preventative maintenance."

Categorize business sms
Can you categorize business sms such as Google confirmation, and other website and app confirmation into one bundle because it gets really cluttered when I see all those sms all spread out

editing group bulk msg contacts
once the contacts are selected as a group, editing them to reduce number of msg to required contacts should be added
i mean that for e.g. if i have selected 66 contacts and now i dont want these much and want it to reduce to some number or not send to 1 or more contacts from the same,they should be editable to reduce and send to the required amount as per our own requirement rather than selecting the bulk again for the sending msg1 vote -
Tap on number, in SMS, to dial
Currently tapping on a number in SMS allows user to Add to Contacts. It'll be great to have "Dial" option included too.

Auto-Archive to Directory
Archiving should be a necessity for those who look for a plain-and-simple combination of cleaning up his or her inbox, archiving old messages into a different container or directory, and automating this process based on the number of texts in the inbox. (ex. "200 per thread") In addition, Auto-Archive should have cloud integration with support for NAS/FTP.

ability to toggle off double tap to send right away
I find the delay feature very useful. However now that I discovered the double tap of the send to send it right away I find myself in a habit of hitting the double tap thus defeating the feature of delay

advanced searches
make the search where you can search media. for example I received a picture the last monyh but couldn't remember who from. so if there was a way to seperate the messages and the media sent I could have gone through all the pictures instead of all the messages and then searched the media inside the thread. also do the same for hyperlinks received. thanks for your time and consideration. this is by far the greatest texting app I have downloaded and refered your product to everyone I know utilized the superiors Android software platform
