CHAT HEADS Like fb messenger
We are tried asking you alot about this feature to add it in textra.
chat heads make easy to be involved in a conversation without worrying of changing apps etc.
just add the feature or either i am leaving textra for Mood Messengr. Because mood messenger has the chat heads feature. I am using the textra from the day it was launched.

Make snippets received AND sent independently optional.
Hello,
I just noticed in the release notes that snippets for sent messages are being disabled. I kind of like them.
It'd be nice if they were optional both coming and going. Thanks.

Scroll Bar
A scroll bar would make scrolling through many messages a lot easier than using the calendar or swiping through 100s or 1000s of texts. Maybe something like Android Messages' scroll bar.

Hi light new messages.
When you open the full app and there a several new unread messages, you should show those messages in a slightly different color just for part of a second to quickly identify those that you need to read.

Show contact images next to chat bubble.
just like in group chat, put the contact images next to the bubbles in non-profit messages. Makes it quicker to see who you're speaking with at a glance.
Also with this in mind, allow us to set contact images and show them for ourselves.

typing animation when friends are typing
Please add an animation that shows when someone is typing. It is really nice to know when someone is right about to respond
