7. How to Remove Duplicate Files from OneDrive?

Duplicate files in OneDrive can quietly eat up storage and slow down everyday work, especially when data is synced across multiple devices or shared among teams. Many users try manual sorting, but renamed or similar files often go unnoticed, increasing confusion and wasting time. To solve this, SysInfo OneDrive Duplicate File Finder offers a smart way to remove duplicate files from OneDrive without risking important data. The tool scans the entire cloud storage and identifies duplicates based on file content rather than just names, which makes the results more accurate. Users can preview duplicates before deleting them, reducing the chances of accidental loss. This approach is particularly useful for businesses handling large OneDrive accounts where manual cleanup is impractical. Instead of spending hours comparing files, the automated scan helps maintain an organized storage structure while improving productivity and ensuring smoother access to critical files.

13. Mark only some messages as read or unread

It took mr a long time to realize that I shouldn't select any messages when I have to mark them as read. I just couldn't find the option when I have messages selected, which begs the question why can't I pick the messages to mark as read? Why does it have to be all or nothing?

17. Option for no override on send delay

Would be great if the app included an option to disable overriding send delay.

Out of habit most people will just click send twice even when it was something they didn't mean to send, thus negating the whole purpose of the delay.
