  1. Automatic recent list on the quick compose tab

    As soon as you open the quick compose tab you should be given a list of most recent contacts and as soon as you pick a contact the recent tab will go away and the keyboard will automatically pop up so you can text.

  2. Option to use flash when taking a picture while in messaging

    I love how we can take pictures while we are in a conversation with someone, however there is something missing. It would be great if we can use the flash while we are taking pictures this way. Front & back flash if possible. Thank you :)

  3. How about bwing able to change the font ,lime downloadable fonts?

    You can download different fonts and be able to change them on here i think i would be awesome and another way to make it more you like it:)

  5. When I receive a text, especially group texts my system freezes/hangs

    Ive been on a galaxy note4 in lollipop and for months I've been seeing android freeze up and hang for about 3 to 10 seconds when a new message is being received. If I am typing in another application I tend to push the key over and over when it doesn't register on the screen so when the message finally comes in and the system stops being frozen I get a large buffer of keystrokes that get written out at once. And if it's the delete key I tend to lose at least half my message. VERY annoying. Seems to…

  7. TEXTRA for tablets!

    My tablet has its own designated phone number and I would like the message app to be textra.

    But it would also be incredibly convenient to make the cell app transferable to a tablet as well!

  10. Badge icon app

    Whenever I swype a message left or right on my notification panel the badge number goes away. I think it would be better if when I swype the messages away the numbers would stay there unless opened.

  16. Custom Color per Contact

    Just like Google Messenger, it would be amazing if Textra could allow us to pick a specific color for each contact. The default color should stay as the general theme color, however it should allow us to change colors for specific people.

    This would be very helpful to distinguish people in text messages.

  19. Grouped pictures

    It would be great if all of the pictures on a thread were grouped into a location eg. Swipe left on imessage to pull up all photos sent in thread. In this case when looking through older tests and the calendar option appears under name if an icon was included that would filter out pictures into one place.
