  1. Put a small paperclip in the floating notification to notify that there is an attachment included with the text.

    Pretty self explanatory. This would let us know if the text has a different context.

  2. Textra like imessage (Synchronization)

    Is there a way to make it so that there is a Textra program/website/script where you can send texts from your computer? I'm sure there's a difference between sms and email but something similar to that concept. You get a notification from your computer and you can reply back, and that message you've sent is also seen on your phone (through sync). Really similar to imessage. I'm on my computer 24/7 and this would be really helpful.

  3. Don't save front facing photos as flipped

    If you're set on using the in app camera feature over the phones/user's default camera app please don't flip all front facing camera photos the way you do. Backwards photos don't always work out well

  4. Show number type next to contact name!

    Put a (H) for home, (C) for cell, (W) for work or something like that next to the person's name so people know what number they are being texted from.

  5. Hey Admin ! Can we clean up the feedback forum ?

    It looks like there are a lot of duplicate suggestions and a number of them that are completed already that are not tagged as such. Is there a way you can get someone to group similar suggestions and mark them as completed the ones that are ?

  6. More configuration options

    I see a lot of great ideas on here. I am hoping that as each of these is implemented, that each is given an "on / off" configuration option.

    For Instance, there is a request to "swipe to delete a message" That may be great for some users, but there is no way i want that on our setup. Make it an option and one that users can choose to use or not.

    The same applies to a lot of the other suggestions. Make them an option in the system, but not part of the base operation, make them options…

  11. The option to disable contact photos (optional)

    There should be an option in the customize look tab or the regular settings to turn off contact photos. This option could enhance the style if say; you don't have a contact photo of that person and you don't want just a letter to replace the photo. You could hide the contact photo entirely.

  12. Insert Photos from Withinsideep Textra.

    Add capability to insert photos from Gallery from within Textra as opposed to the other way around selecting photos in Gallery and then opening textra to send.

  13. Add share option to save imp messages with other note making apps like keep etc.

    It would be nice the option besides the copy , forward options. It saves lot of time to save imp messages directly.

  15. Show photo in notification

    Show photo in expanded notification. This would allow a preview of the picture you would be opening and would allow smart watches to automatically be able to view the photo without texting app integration.

  18. Add Google Translate API into Textra

    Add a Translate button with related popup choices of languages using tge google translate api's. Add that into the left hand popup menu. Or somewhere at the top after selecting the specific message and ticking it. And when i hit translate button it translates the message into that language. So useful.

  19. The floating text still shows on my lock screen. I have the setting off

    I have this setting off and it still pops up on my lock screen please fix this bug.

  20. Mobile Data

    When my mobile data is not connected, and I'm at home on WiFi only, if someone sends an MMS text, it only gives me a notification in my status bar, saying to activate mobile data. I have no idea who it is from, until I turn data on. My suggestion is to have the MMS come thru on the convo thread of the person sending. Then an option to download. I don't like an attachment auto downloading due to security reasons. Please add this feature!
