  1. You and Your App Are the Best

    I don't have an idea or suggestion right now. I just wanted to give you all some very positive feedback. You have, in my opinion, the BEST standard texting app in the Play Store. I love the options and flexibility, and I love the reliability and speed. I wish this had been adopted as the native text app for Android. I am even more satisfied with my GS6 because of you guys. I am so happy to finally have a text app that I'm actually satisfied with. Please spread my message around the office to help keep the morale high.

  2. Have the text box a lighter color

    Have the box for typing the text and the background for emojis a lighter color. It can be hard to tell what some are when using the dark or black theme.

    The 3-dots on the top right should have an album selection to view all pictures that were received in the conversation

    Many modern phones now have dual sim function. Its time ti import dual sim options to Textra.

  6. Text Response through Samsung Gear Fit Support

    Have the ability to respond with pre-recorded text messages through the Samsung Gear Fit. Comes standard for stock messaging on Android, and it would be nice if this feature was added. Reason why is that, for example, you or someone else gets into a car accident, and they use their 3x toggle on the watch to send a distress signal. There's no way to tell that person in a quick response that you have been in a car accident, being that your phone is far away when you crashed and you can't reach it.   7. When sharing a link, show group message threads when adding recipients.

    Currently only single contacts show up. I have to add both recipients in a group text to get it to send. Why not have the group message show up when I start typing one of the contact's names?

  8. Change the app Icon picture, the big T isn't as beautiful as the internal app.

    I propose to make the app Icon more like a messaging Icon or the old android smiley face instead of the LARGE T it's just not very creative.

    I have a dual SIM phone. I wonder how your app will decide which sim it has to use for sending the sms.

  13. Disable input while text is still sending, when using send delay

    I'm using a 1 second send delay. After pressing send, if I accidentally press a key before the message has been sent, the character will be added to the message.

    Please disable input until the message has been sent.

  15. Add background or wallpaper behind bubble

    We should be able to add a background or wallpaper behind the bubble for more fun. Either textra should have some choices and we can also add our own wallpaper background from our gallery or photos.

  20. Add/ remove contact from SMS group conversation

    I send out announcements to employees via text but when employees go on vacation or leave I need to re create the conversation could there be an easier way to add and remove people from this conversation?
