  5. Pebble

    More canned text message options for pebble. Pebble app only provides 5, and if there was some commonly used ones through the textra app, that would be very helpful.

  7. Notification

    I always have 3 messages per my indication of I have 0 or more. It won't clear. Is there a bug? I have uninstall and reinstall a few times and have the pro version. What can I do to correct this?

    Reloaded 3 times, 200 texts per half hour on in phone settings, nothing else to do.. Last update messed me up.

    I often receive links with URLs that are 2-3 pages long. It'd be nice if textra could detect these and combine the messages into a link.

  10. Ability to name group texts

    Be able to name different groups of people as 'text groups' instead of just listing the names of everyone on the string. When large numbers of people are on a group thread, and you have similar text threads with the same people but one or two people different, it would be nice to be able to manually name the group so you have an idea of who is in it! And/or set a picture for that group of people.

  13. Turn off quick-reply on the lock screen after few seconds

    Great app!

    My concern is that if I get a text while I don't have my phone with me, my screen stays illuminated indefinitely because of the quick- reply keeping it on, which drains the battery. Lock screen notifications typically disappear after a few seconds of non- activity. I like there option to reply from the lock screen, but if I can't reply, I would like it to not keep my screen on.

  14. Change default storage location for all messages

    Textra is noticeably experiencing worse speed and fluidity when text in conversations get too long (you many messages in one convo). For example, there is a delay between pressing send for a message and the message appearing in the convo for longer conversations. Therefore, if all messages can be stored on the SD card instead of in the limited internal storage, Textra can just "read" the messages and won't be as bogged down, increasing both app speed AND functionality (larger storage = more room to save important conversations).

  16. Customize color and background for each contact

    I wish I could change the bar at the top of my conversation. Next to the contact name and picture, I wish we could change that bar color for a contact if we wanted. Also changing the background for each contact (off, gray, black).

  17. Create the option to turn off the pop up window

    I hate that when I click on a message it doesn't bring up the actual app. It opens the pop up window. I also don't like the fact that it doesn't notify me in the top bar, it creates a completely different box that blocks me from seeing videos, snapchats, etc. PLEASE FIX

  18. Please add swipe right to delete and undo option (like gmail) rather than having to slide and then tap to delete

    You currently have to swipe, then tap the trash can to delete. It should be deleted with the swipe only. Add a floating "undo delete" somewhere which will disappear when user advances to next step.

  19. Allow copying only certain text from previous messages rather than just the whole message.

    Use the built in android text selection so you can long press a word to highlight it, then adjust sliders as needed to modify the selection.
