Why the change of new text favorites view?
The new "list" view of favorite contacts to select from when starting a new text, is not nearly as nice and functional as the precious versions where you could select frmo the top of phone screen. Please go back to the old view or allow user to select which view they want to use. NOT liking it. But loving the Textra app!

Option to delete all SMS
Please add to home screen option to delete all SMS at once. Very inconvenient to remove each chain separately, when a lot of them.

Change input box size
I type large messages in response to large multi question messages i get. The result? The input box ends up expanding and hiding the messages im reading.
Others ive noticed love when it expanda all the way and dont mind.
I do. One of the best feautures was that the input box didnt expand. But it does now.
So an option to keep it static or dynamic would be excellent.

Issue with home screen icon
The Extra home screen icon keeps showing that I have two unread messages even when i have clearly read all of them and even used the option in settings to mark everything as read. Only an issue when i use the "Everything Me" home app instead of the standard home. Is there a fix?

Use system single/group contact notification tone.
In the standard android contact app, you can set message notifications for individuals or for groups. Any chance Textra could (by default) use the system setting for a contact's notification sound?

There are at least 88 different ideas all suggesting the same thing which is a private /hidden message box. Pooled together > 8000 votes!
The is clearly a big demand for this but everyone has been posting in different ideas. My suggestion is to the developers to put this into action given the vast interest in this features, which is available in many other SMS apps.

I wish that I could send multiple messages from the quick reply
When I get a text, I click the message from the notification bar, and it pulls up the quick reply... But once I push send it goes away, and I cannot send multiple messages to that person.
I would like for when I click a message from the notification panel that it opens up the whole message instead of just the quick reply.

Option for your sent message bubble to be transparent
Just as the title says, it would be cool if your sent messages just showed up on the background instead of in their own bubble.
