  2. How i wish textra would add 'sending' and 'sent' indicator during the action. It's hard for me to know if it already sent the message.

  4. bring back text in black as an option.

    I used to have text in black in green box, which I liked. Now text only is in white . that's cool on a blue backdrop but not so much on a green one.

  5. Add a 'backup messages' function

    I think having the option to save and backup your messages on the Textra app (your Textra account) would be such a valuable function. Especially when it comes to times where your phone has a problem that does not allow it to operate and the only option you have is to reboot and wipe your phone. I know from experience, it hurts when your important messages have been deleted. I have another app that backs up my messages however, it would be a lot neater and more convenient if it was all on the same app.

  6. I do not want my screen to turn on by itself when I receive a message. At least make this an option like Chomp.

    every time I receive a message my screen turns on. this wastes battery life and can cause apps to be opened accidentally. Verizon galaxy s5

  8. Allow the app to adapt to the current font chosen on the phone.

    when I have changed the font on my phone the font of this app does not match it.

  9. Delete from most used emoji list.

    Press and hold to delete an emoji from the most used list. I experimented with emojis and now there is a bunch a useless pics on the list.

  10. Reduce padding on main message screen. There is a lot of wasted space, especially if text size is set to small.

    Option to alter contact icon size and increase number of lines of message or reduce padding between messages on main screen. This would reduce wasted space and increase information displayed.

  12. Allow settings to swap the colors of the conversation bubbles. For example, incoming msg in color, outgoing in gray.

  14. Ringtone in silent with headphones

    I was hoping you could write code that would play the ringtone through a set of headphones when the phone is on silent. An example would be I listen to music through my phone (Sony Xperia Z1S - T-Mobile) but it is on silent but would like if a message comes through for it to come through the headphones.

  18. provide more shades of the color PINK for us girls in the theme options!!

    All of the other theme colors have at least 3 shades... A nice hot pink or deep pink theme would be so beautiful & maybe a fuscia pink!!!
