  3. Showing SMS received on which sim on notification bar itself

    Sms received on which sim should be shown on notification bar in corner of badge. This is critical as all users are dual sim users now a days.

  4. Group Chats With Identical Numbers

    While traveling internationally, I started getting messages from people with whom I had running chats, but new chats were created. The original typically showed the sender's phone number as (xxx) xxx-xxx, while the new chat showed the number as xxx xxx xxxx. Textra correctly identified the contacts as identical but created two chats and unpredictably divided messages between the two. I imagine the number differences come from upstream of Textra, but I would appreciate if Textra would consolidate these two chats to preserve continuity when scrolling back through. It's tedious to switch between the two chats and sets of timestamps…

  6. Delete duplicate messages

    Can you make a setting to delete duplicates of text messages? I just transferred my s20+ to my new s23+ and all of my messages duplicated to where they show 2 of each. Verizon doesn't have a way to delete these and I'd like to avoid wiping the phone

    Anyway we can get the same feature for liking a message 👍 to be applied to liking an received image? 👍 Thanks for continuing to make a great app even greater!

  8. Snooze & Nudge

    I would recommend a snooze feature on text messages where I would receive a reminder at a certain time to look at the message again. This would be like GMail's snooze feature.

    Also, I would like to be able to flag a message / conversation to remind me if I have not heard back. Again, Gmail has this feature where after a few days it reminds you to follow up. However, it would be nice to pick from a few timeframe options from an hour or two, up to a few days.

    can we set the theme different from the notification colour? I don't want my set theme for my communication bubbles to be my default notification colour when I get a text.

  15. remove individual when creating chat

    The ability to X the wrong individual without having to start from scratch. Once completed writing your chat and review recipients and had wrong individual or wrong contact info you have to create a new chat.

  20. Company on contact name

    An option to display a contact's company on list of message threads, notifications and message windows.

    For example, if you have two contacts named Mike, they would look the same. You can add a company to one of the contacts such as "Wells Fargo". Messages could then display Mike and Mike (Wells Fargo) for clarity.
