Just some thoughts about web and watch appsm
I know I'm opening a huge can of worms here. there is a strong amount of support requesting a web version of textra. I've also seen numerous threads requesting that the app be extended to wear devices which makes a lot of sense. I also understand that if you did so, It could result in a long trip down a development black hole where you are doing a ton of work without any real financial gain for it. there are a lot of long time paid members here who would truly help you thin out requests for things that are already available or are simply impossible. unfortunately there is no method for commenting. I do understand that you don't want a constant gaggle of nonsense to sift through. But perhaps pro-users who have paid for what is the best SMS app out there, could also be provided the means to comment on threads. block numbers range with filtered words (option)
hello, my idea is to add advanced filters for blocking text messages.
First, to block numbers from certain range, like 123-456-xxx.
Second option would be to add key words. If a text is from a selected range and contains one of the words it gets blocked.So the filter could work based only on first step. Or person could decide to make it more effective and key words.

Custom Vibration Patterns
I downloaded Textra years ago solely because it allowed me to set a different vibration pattern for texts vs other notifications on my phone. Since then I've fallen in love with Textra, and have been a huge advocate of using this app.
However, without being able to differentiate a text notification from any other notification, I can no longer endorse Textra. In fact, I'm considering switching to a new app myself.
Please bring back custom vibration patterns, or at least a few different options to choose from.

sort unread messages first
Textra needs to bubble up any unread texts to the top of the list. this is very important to make sure one does not miss any

Group text colors.
when texting to and from a group, Textra allows setting the bubble colors for each person. but not the color of the text. since sometimes the only text I ever send to and from someone is in the group setting, it would be extremely helpful to be able to set the text color as well as the bubble color for that individual.

Add notification setting for text messages from short codes (Nuisance control)
The setting to change the notification behaviour for unknown contacts is great, however now messages from short codes (banks, UPS/USPS etc) also are impacted by that setting. It would be great if another similar setting could be added for those.

Contacts search
Is there a way to speed up the contact search function. Even when I select one or two letters it can take a couple of minutes for the possibilities to post. Android 8.1 on BBE 100-5
