Custom Vibration Patterns
I downloaded Textra years ago solely because it allowed me to set a different vibration pattern for texts vs other notifications on my phone. Since then I've fallen in love with Textra, and have been a huge advocate of using this app.
However, without being able to differentiate a text notification from any other notification, I can no longer endorse Textra. In fact, I'm considering switching to a new app myself.
Please bring back custom vibration patterns, or at least a few different options to choose from.

sort unread messages first
Textra needs to bubble up any unread texts to the top of the list. this is very important to make sure one does not miss any

Group text colors.
when texting to and from a group, Textra allows setting the bubble colors for each person. but not the color of the text. since sometimes the only text I ever send to and from someone is in the group setting, it would be extremely helpful to be able to set the text color as well as the bubble color for that individual.

Add notification setting for text messages from short codes (Nuisance control)
The setting to change the notification behaviour for unknown contacts is great, however now messages from short codes (banks, UPS/USPS etc) also are impacted by that setting. It would be great if another similar setting could be added for those.

Contacts search
Is there a way to speed up the contact search function. Even when I select one or two letters it can take a couple of minutes for the possibilities to post. Android 8.1 on BBE 100-5

Mark as unread -> Get notification back
Sometimes I open a message and don't want to answer right now. But when I mark it as unread, the notification for the message I received has disappeared, so when I close the app I forget that I have a pending message because it is not reminded outside of it.

We need an android wear app!!!
Hello!! Me and my friends use the premium version of textra sms and it is simply amazing!! Clear,light and full of functions! Please make an android wear version app so we can sync our galaxy watches with the Textra app of our phone. Is this request achievable?

Vcard problems
Hi, since I have had a new phone I came across an issue I am sure was working okay on the old one. Now I cannot open a vCard (sent via MMS to Textra). I always get a message 'There was an error writing to SD card'. My SD is newly formatted. The vCard file itself is ok - after being shared from Textra to Whatsapp it can be opened or saved.
My idea is that Textra needs higher level of files-media permission.
Could this be fixed somehow?Thanks and good luck!

We need a search option in each individual thread or conversation.
This is a simple feature many of your users want. It's common in other text apps I've used. I was surprised to see it is not available here.

Bring back the custom vibration tones
please bring back the custom vibration options for each individual chat. This was such a useful feature and I haven't found it on any other app. Bring it back, it's one of now dwindling things that set Textra apart from other texting apps...
