    ability to customize everything, from the conversation list to each individual text message. background, header, borders, text color, chat bubbles, everything. please. chomp is smoking you in this area. I'm almost tempted to go back to chomp but your app is a little bit cleaner... I think I'll be switching back eventually.

  2. delete failed pic

    my pictures will "fail to send" and the option to retry will come up in the notification center and in the text message itself.

    I will clear it out of my notification panel it and delete the pic in the text message itself and it will still resend again 8+times. in the convo it does not say that the person got the picture, it still says "failed" on the screen. but the person will have received it numerous times.

    if I "send it as new" it will arrive 'delivered" . they will get the new picture that I "sent as…

  3. Block e-mail addresses from being able to text you.

    find a way to block those annoying spam e-mail addresses from being able to "text" you. Like just block e-mail texts all together.

  4. icons

    can we get more icons for our contact notifications?
    i have more contacts than the amount of icons we have to choose from and i really like to see the alert in my notification panel to prepare me for funny or drama!
    having colors icons would be AMAZING (i think we used to have that option a long time ago in the very beginning i have been with u that long!!!)

  7. Edit a message sent to correct an error then resend

    Some times even after proofing, you see an errorafter sending. That can be because parts of long texts get hidden in the small space of the screen. It would help us not appear as idiots if we could edit the text then resend, as we can on Facebook.

    could you please add an option to translate a message to Spanish before sending, and to translate it back to English when receiving? it sounds crazy hard, but I thought I would ask. thank you!

  9. Prevent links from untrusted senders/non-contacts being opened on tapping

    Links from unknown senders/spammers/etc. could potentially be dangerous. Being able to disable suspicious links from unknown senders would help users to stay safe.

  12. Keep In Touch

    I'm a terrible friend and relative, I will be in touch with someone regularly for about a week and then forget to reply for a long time and then feel guilty.

    Create an option for a list of specific contacts and reminders if you haven't texted them in a while (and settings for what "a while" is for each contact)

  20. Sort blocklist

    Currently numbers on the Blocklist are sorted by...I can't tell. I think there should be a feature added to sort the list by various parameters, for example recency of messages exchanged (sort by newest or oldest first), date added to Blocklist, alphabetical, etc.
