  1. Make timestamps brighter

    I'm fine with the way timestamps are presented, but they are quite dim on my phone / settings. Often I have to crank the screen brightness painfully high in other to see it.
    I'm using an LG V30 (oled screen) with dark screen. I also have the display set to high contrast, normal screen colors, high resolution. I have good vision, just prefer the high contrast on dark backend.

    None of the texts I receive with web links display correctly since your latest update please fix. I've checked and it's turned on to show previews even.

  5. Swipe-to-close optional

    When viewing a message thread, swiping to the side closes the thread and takes me to the list of threads. I want to turn this feature off.

    Maybe for some users, this is useful. For me, the back button works fine. The feature is a problem for me because I often accidentally close a draft when I try to highlight a line of text. I would like the ability to turn this feature off in the settings.

  8. Archive

    There should be an archive option for messages, I have to use another app for this purpose and I'd rather not. This way it's not on the main screen and can still be accessible. Especially a lost loved one.

    Please put a way of leaving a group message. I've been getting these spam messages. BLOCKLISTING doesn't work for this at all. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP!!!

  11. Spam text

    For the love of God please add some spam blocking options.
    Like, block all except from contacts would be great.
    Block all from email, especially Hotmail.
    It cant be that difficult. If you valued your customers you would include these options.
    This problem is out of control.

    Textra only refuses a call without sending any sms to caller.... Google Message does it, just like Textra more, missing this feature... Redmi Note 9 Pro

  13. Chromebook / ChromeOS sync.

    Google let's one sync. messages between phone and Chromebook but it is poorly done. I am sure Textra could make this a whole 'nother experience!

  18. search for blacklist

    it is very good to add search to blacklisted massages . sometimes we move a massage to black list by mistake and its difficult to find it again.

  19. Block options

    Please add more robust options to block/filter messages. I would love a spam folder or a way to block texts originating from emails as that seems to be really only used for scams. This is becoming more important by the day as these scammers are increasing texts along with calls and emails.
