  1. block sms on part of number

    I get a lot of phishing from Slovenia. I don't know anybody there. I want to block everything from Slovenia using its country number.
    I had this function on my older phone and I really miss it.

    just get a notification when your sms get delievered to the recipient because now you need to check the message status everytime.

  4. Mute all SMS/MMS

    The premise behind this is to mute all incoming messages. The app currently only allows you to mute an individual chat but not all messages. You should be able to set a time limit for how long you want to mute these messages.

  7. Message bubble width

    Make the bubble as wide as the screen, please. This would make it a lot easier to read an incoming text while typing, especially on smaller screens. At the moment even relatively short texts take many lines.

    I wish there was a 'delete' option in the notification pull down shade. I have it for emails.

  9. Confusion when phone is roaming

    When phone is roaming, Android has a feature that converts numbers to international format by prepending country code. This works for both calls and text messages. Textra however shows both the sent message to the number without country code, and the received reply message from the same number with country code, in two separate folders, bearing the same name string. If we can somehow address this.

    Adding a bar (maybe using contact photos) at the top of messages for favorite contacts for quick access. IPhone inspired, so maybe look at how they do it.

    The idea is a stylistic choice but if there could be an option to minimize/maximize the conversation list but keep the text font size the same that would be pretty cool.

  15. Swiping up to return from zoomed in picture

    simple but honestly a quality of life. When touching a photo sent through text message it would be nice to leave the Fullscreen picture by swiping up on the photo. thank you for listening

  16. More Notification Symbols / Custom Background

    Hey Textra Team!
    Sorry to bug you again, but I have to ask once more:

    Can you PLEASE add some more custom notification symbols? I have a lot of friends who constantly text me and I love being able to customize, but while it's awesome having you as the only app that seems to do that, it's a tease to only have the small amount of custom icons to choose from.

    ( Also, any chance we could get back to having the custom color show up in the status bar again like so long ago?? That'd be great too, but…

    Block messages based on content rather than just the sender. I often get the same spam/phishing email from different numbers.

  20. Support for Folding phones

    It would be nice for the app to support screens like Samsung fold 3 when unfolded . A column on the left with the list of recipients(different chats) , then the rest of the screen with the actual chat thread in it.
