    The one thing that would make this texting app the best of all is a reply when driving. also being able to customize your reply. why isn't this available on your app yet.

  2. Allow complete block of msgs

    Allow the user to set msgs to keep to zero on blocked senders. Maybe it makes sense to have the minimum to 25 for unblocked, but maybe the user may want to block ALL msgs from a sender and have no way to see that sender's msgs.

  3. Collapse & expand pinned messages

    Pinned messages are great for finding the most common conversations. But if more than just a couple are used, they can take a lot of real estate on the main screen. can the pinned messages section at the top be collapsed, with a new message indicator if appropriate? Then expand it to see your pinned messages.

  4. Number of total messages in each chat in list

    when you open Textra, you get the list of all chats. at the right or near the name I want the number of all messages that are in each chat.

  6. BASIC PHOTO EDITOR

    With so many screenshots being shared, it's nice to be able to crop out superfluous information.

    I would LOVE a basic crop-tool when I go to send a pic; just a little pencil, top right, where I can crop a pic - extra points if it has a colour filter, and a censor bar!

    (Twitter has a great lil in-app editor; for inspo)

    i like the option to change theme to any color i want, however looking texts hurts my eyes because everything is so saturates no matter what color i choose. turning brightness down helped a little but there should be a vibrancy option

    kindly give option to bring down the messages till mid page as in Samsung default messaging app. its very hard to reach the top message by thumb when using from single hand

  10. MMS SIZING ISSUES

    Frequently, I get "Error Sending Images", "Tap To Retry" - the only internet fix is to go into the MMS settings and change size; usually lower.
    However, I sometimes I have to try all sizes, and turn my phone off/on. This is too annoying; please fix it.

  11. Optional Group Chat Warning

    Add an option to warn you this is a Group Chat so you don't accidentally reply to the first (and only visible) person in the chat something embarrassing because of others in the Group.

  12. ability to rename group messages.

    I have many group messages that contain various people, but many of them contain the same people ( I use them for work groups). if we could rename the strings it would be massive help with organizing them. thank you for your time and consideration.

    include setting to scale the size of emojis without increasing font size. I find that emojis are so small that I can barely make them out, however the font is just where I want it.

    All messages are marked as conversations no matter what I do, I've lost my custom vibration pattern and notification color. really annoying loss of feature

    I think that it would be super amazing to be able to see when someone is typing. it makes it easier to detect if someone read your message.

  18. Draft Status of Text Message

    Once a message has begun to be drafted, but the drafter leaves to another screen or app, a "Draft" is created. Please make the word "Draft" bold so that the message needing attention later can more readily be identifiable / viewable. Right now it is barely noticeable.

  19. Read/Reply to texts within the notification

    The one thing I miss most from my last SMS app was the ability to read a text and reply to it just by looking at the notification and not having to click it to open the app and read it there.
